This well maintained villa has a a modern décor and is ideally located within a 5 minute drive from the vibrant town of Moraira, where you can enjoy a variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

With stunning sea views this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, sleeping 8, offers all modern consumables and is fully air conditioned. Beautifully decorated and furnished all rooms are bright and airy. The outside area offers the perfect setting to entertain, with the private pool and BBQ area.

Fully fitted American style kitchen with sea views. Large lounge area with satellite tv and dvd player. All bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes one of which has an en suite bathroom. The interior of the villa is maintained to a very high standard is new, modern and spacious. All linen and towels are included.

Private swimming pool and eating area where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Mature gardens around the villa, as well as covered private parking for 2 cars.

During the low season months rates are negotiable. For longer rentals rates are also negotiable. Watch out for special offers!!

Prices are for the property per week. Discounts will be considered for long winter lets.

Towels and linen included, changed weekly. Property cleaned prior to arrival and on departure.

Conditions

25% deposit required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable security deposit of £400.

Saturday is the preferred changeover day but all requests considered.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca or White Coast extends along the eastern coast of Spain and covers the province of Alicante and has the best all year round temperatures.

There is over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and with many of the beaches holding the coveted European Blue Flag to signify cleanliness and safe bathing. There is a mixture of pebble and sand beaches. It is a beautiful region with mountains stretching along most of the coast with cliffs and secluded coves.

There is easy access from the major airport of Alicante or Valencia either by the A7 motorway (with some toll sections) or the N-332 which runs parallel and passes through the middle of many towns. Both airports offer excellent flight services.

The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area

Moriara has grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday destination. It has a cosmopolitan feel and has stunning sandy beaches. The swanky marina boasts plenty of amazing bars/ restaurants/ cafes and boutiques.

Fly into either Alicante or Valencia Airport. We are approximately 1 hour from Alicante and 1 hour 30 minutes from Valencia. A good car hire company booking online is www.drivespain.com.

There are various budget airlines flying into both airports: easyjet.co.uk, jet 2.com, flymonarch.com, ryanair.com, flybmi.com, avro.com.
