This beautiful unique complex is more than worthy of its "Best Homes Overseas Gold Award" for the "Best Apartment Complex in Spain". It truly is a beautiful and unique place to stay. When you arrive in the beautiful reception to check in, you will get the feeling that you are checking into a luxury 5 star hotel. The whole complex has been built and designed by its owners and every details has been carefully and meticulously considered by John and Carmen (who you will often see around the complex) keeping a very careful eye on the place.
The whole decor and atmosphere of the complex is that of a stylish and luxury hotel, but where you can enjoy the privacy of your own apartment. The furniture has been carefully chosen to offer comfort, but with style and an opulence found in beautiful luxury 5 star accommodation.
Everything has been built to the highest specification. Including sound proofing between floors and apartments. All equipment installed is of the highest quality such as Bosch and Mitsubishi etc.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Moraira, Altea, Calpe, Javea and Denia. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia. The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant. The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.
Moraira / Benissa area
The apartments are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape. The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Moraira is just a short drive away along the beautiful coast line. There are many restaurants and bars in which you can stop off and sit and admire the beautiful views. This beautiful coastal town is a great place to wonder around its small shops, bars and restaurants and it is a great place to dine during the day or night. Alternatively, its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful views and the sounds of the clear blue sea lapping at the shore. Moraira itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. You can not fail to love Moraira.
How to get there
The apartment is so easy to get to with our detailed directions taking you straight to the door from either Alicante or Valencia airports, it could not be easier.

Our detailed directions take you straight to the complex and you are issued with emergency telephone numbers just in case you take a wrong turn and get lost, which does not happen often as the instructions are so detailed.

Further details indoors: You can not fail to be impressed when you walk into your apartment it is light, bright and fresh, with beautiful furniture and everything you could possibly need to live there let alone a holiday.
The fully equipped kitchen including full oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, large fridge freezer and microwave. The bathrooms again have also been finished to a very high standard with walk in shower cubicles with vanity unit, beautiful tiles, light fittings and fixtures.
The open plan lounge / diner is furnished with style, elegance and opulence but is also comfortable. A place you can unwind and relax and just enjoy your holiday. The apartment also has flat screen TV with English TV channels, DVD & CD players.
The bedrooms again are furnished beautifully and have ample storage space. Air conditioning throughout so you are sure to have a good nights sleep. These units also produce heat in the winter period so this is a great place for some winter sunshine.
All apartments are furnished to a high standard but all are differnet, a sea view can not be guaranteed.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has terracing outside complete with dining furniture so you can sit, relax and enjoy al fresco dining outside your own apartment if you so wish.
The pool area is in the centre of the complex and is a beautiful area, the pool itself has a wonderful water fall from the upper pool level to the lower pool level. There are seating and loungers around the pool so you can relax while enjoying the sunshine. The pool area is south facing so is perfect for winter sunshine too, if you fancy a winter break. There is also a pool side bar in the summer period.
The beautiful restaurant with outside terraces is a great hit with Guests as you will not have to venture from the complex to enjoy some wonderful cuisine if you choose not to cook yourself (coming soon).
The reception is open 9am to 7.30. There is also a 24 hour emergency telephone number to contact the caretaker who live on the complex in case of a problem.
The apartment has underground parking space and there are lifts for easy access to the apartments with luggage and shopping, there is a charge for using the secure parking of 6 euros per day in high season. For long term rentals there is a special rate.
