Casa Davina is a beautiful 4 bedrooms 4 bathroom villa on two levels, lending itself pefectly to two families wanting to holiday together. It is situated in one of the best area of Moraira and within walking distance to shops cafes, great restauants bars and of course beaches and sea.

The villa is set in a large walled garden with gated entrance to off road parking and carport. The upper level has naya with beautiful sea views leading to a well furnished lounge, American style kitchen, log burner TV DVD etc lovely dining area.

Hallway leading to two large double bedrooms with ceiling fans and adjacent bathrooms. The lower ground looks onto the pool area. Also well furnished, American style kitchen. Two large double bedrooms one with en suite the other bathroom is adjacent.

The roof terrace has fabulous sea views which overlooks the garden and terraces. Nice secluded kidney shaped 8 by 4 pool with sun lounges Large BBQ with table and chairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has miles of white sandy beaches and sparkling blue seas protected by a mountain range.

The climate is very kind ranging from 15 to 20C in the winter months to 30 to 35 during the summer. There are lots of white washed villages all with their own character and charm to visit.

Moraira / Cometa area

Moraira is a beautiful up market small town which was once a sleepy fishing village which is blossoming into a cosmapolitan holiday location. Moraira is said to be the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown. It has narrow cobbled streets with shops, cafes bars and great restaurants, many visitors have said "spoilt for choice".

The local market on Friday is very popular. The very pretty harbour is a vocal point. The water sports are catered for with 2 Padi centres offering diving courses for all levels and Moraira sailing school for the sailor of your family.
There are of course the fiestas in Moraira and surrounding villages throughout the year. The Moores and Christians festival is not to be missed, absolutely spectacular.

How to get there

Most airlines fly to Alicante and Valencia. Try Easyjet, Thomsonfly , BMI baby BA , Ryanair or Flymonach.

Each level is very nicely furnished. The upper level has two large settees coffe table TV etc The kitchen is equipped with a Neff oven, gas hob, built in fridge freezer, built in dishwasher, breakfast bar microwave etc. and washer. The bathroom has walk in shower recently refurbished and the other bathroom has bath with over shower. The bedrooms are large light and airy with builtin wardrobes.

The lower level has all recently been refurbished to a high standard and is equipped with TV two leather settees coffee table. The kitchen has large oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washer, tumble dryer, microwave etc.,

The master bedroom is large with pine wardrobe, Chest of drawers and side cabinets and en- suite with walk in shower. The other bedroom is large with pine furniture .The adjacent bathroom has corner bath with shower over.

Further details outdoors:
Large secluded walled garden with carport and room for 2 cars. The garden has orange and lemon trees mature palm trees, carob trees etc., and beautifully set out.

The pool area is very secluded, has outdoor shower, tables chairs and sun lounges. The large BBQ area has table and chairs for 8 and can be lit up at night. The roof terrace has outstanding views of the sea and Cap dor. Sensored lighting throughout the garden at night.

A 25% deposit required on booking the villa and the balance will be due 6weeks prior to your holiday.

A refundable deposit of £300 is required with final balance
