The villa is kept to a high level of cleanliness & has everything you need for a perfect holiday. All linen is provided except swimming / beach towels. The villa is on two levels most of which is on the upper level. Sleeping accommodation comprises of :-1 double bedroom with kingsize bed with fantastic sea & mountain views & en-suite shower room. 1 twin bedroom with sea view. Family bathroom with shower over bath, washing machine & hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with English teapot, coffee jug, & Denby pottery. Delightful large sunny lounge / dining room with great views and seating for 6 in both. Flatscreen Satelite television, with all Freeview English channels. Free wi-fi internet connection, CD, DVD & Video player with a selection of films for both children & adults. Books, games, doll's house and train set.
Double glazed Naya provides a further dining area for all year round enjoyment of those wonderful views. From the upper balcony steps lead down to the lower terrace and illuminated 10m x 5m swimming pool. The exquisite third bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room, dressing room with large wardrobe & tea & coffee making facilities. This room enjoys the same wonderful views and looks out directly on to the pool.
This room is ideal for another couple, or for grandparents not wishing to be too close. All rooms have something nice outside to look at!

The climate is both ideal for holidays and all-the-year round living.The World Health Organisation has identified the Northern Costa Blanca as having a near to ideal climate as possible. Average temperatures range from the mid-eighties in the high season to the low sixties.
The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Moraira is located in a bay on the Northern Costa Blanca coast 50 miles North of Alicante and 70 miles south of Valencia, which are the two nearest airports.
Moraira has four beaches, each very different in character from the others. The 3 main beaches are all European flagged, Zoned and lifeguarded.
Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, jet skiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. Moraira also has a popular marina which is host to a myriad of yachts.
The town retains much of its former character as a fishing village. The narrow streets are lined with shops bars and restaurants, with seafood being a specialality.
This region of Spain is famous for its colourful festivals or fiestas. They are a traditional part of Spanish life.
The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals who prefer the independant holiday.
Cumbre Del Sol is situated on the most easterly point of the Iberian peninsula in an area of extraordinary beauty untouched by mass tourism. On clear days Ibiza can be seen. It is an established and exclusive residential area with wonderful panoramic views, green spaces, and surrounded by the intense blue of the Mediterranean.
Facilities within 5 minutes drive include, an a- la-carte restaurant with its own pool, a supermarket, bank pharmacy, & country / cliff walks.
Within five-ten minute drive is the most superb picturesque cove (Playa del Moraig) used almost exclusively by residents. There is a free car park, restaurant, two beach cafes and sun-beds for hire in high season. The small towns of Benitachall and Moraira are both only 10 minutes away. All the villages hold a weekly market where bargains are to be had. The larger seaside town of Javea (also with superb beaches) is less than 15mins drive, and Benidorm with all its attractions are about 45mins away . There are four golf courses nearby , the nearest being about 15mins drive and also hidden mountain villages to explore, walks and scenic viewpoints to enjoy. Not forgetting the beautiful wine producing valleys to discover too.

this is our second christmas at this fantastic villa. The views down to the sea are superb and the accomdation is like a home from home with great views. We have visted the area over a few years and this is by far our favourite villa. Great choice of supermarkets to get your daily needs. |

A massive thank you to Phillip & Marilyn for letting us use your wonderful villa to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic time and the villa was everything and more. The views were spectacular and the villa was spacious, clean and had a wonderful 10 x 5 pool. Excellent housekeepers a few doors up the road were on hand if needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family seeking a relaxing holiday in a fantastic location with spectacular views. We hope to go again very soon! |

What a villa - best one we have stayed in so far, on our visits to Costa Blanca for the past 6 years. The villa offered everything for everyone - set of elderly parents who were more than happy to sit either inside watching TV or in the Naya reading. Two children (15 and 20) had enough room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful pool. My husband and I were able to "on our own time" in the separate bedroom located under the villa. The views were oustanding, have not experienced anything like it before. We were so impressed with it, we have rebooked for 2012. People that have seen photos are envious and want to know more about the villa. The only drawback, and there is only one, the local shop is about 30/45mins walk away, up and down hills. However this can be overcome by doing a weekly shop at the supermarket. |
