Steps lead from the secure parking area to the villa which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and is south-east facing for all day sun.
The large 8m x 5m private pool has extensive terracing for sun worshippers and a seated area amidst the shady palm trees for cooling off.
Use the BBQ and sit under the palms aside the lit pool at night for a truly relaxing evening.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This is one of the most beautiful regions of Spain with mountains, cliffs and coves stretching along most of the coast.
The amazing vivid blue Mediterranean waters, the lovely sandy beaches, the old towns and villages with their old narrow streets, the restaurants and bars where one can sit and relax outside because of the wonderful all-year round climate.
The Moraira / Benissa area
Perfectly situated near the coast a 10 minute drive north along the coast road takes you to the old Spanish fishing town of Moraira, now a popular resort with it’s many restaurants and driving 5 minutes south takes you to the Spanish market town of Calpe with it’s long sandy beaches.
A 15 min drive inland through the vineyards of the Jalon Valley is a must, where you can sample the local wines in the Spanish Bodegas.
For watersport lovers, Les Bassetts is only 1km away, where catamarans, kayaks, windsurfing and scuba diving are all available for hire or you can enjoy a meal or a drink at their beachside restaurant overlooking the sea and the famous Calpe Rock Ifach.
The beach bar and restaurant is open for most of the year and occasional entertainment is provided on the beach, including live bands, films, barbecues and firework displays. Please check the town's website www.benissa.net for events diary and details of further attractions in the area.

Thank you, Jane, for letting us spend our short holiday in your beautiful villa and property. We fully enjoyed our staying. The villa was perfect and clean and the garden was lovely with perfect privacy. The whole area was very nice and quiet. The beautiful La Fustera beach was within a walking distance and there were great coastal walking paths to enjoy the magnificent view and nature.
We are definitely planning to visit La Tranquilidad again!

This was our second visit to La Tranquilidad and once again it lived up to our expectations, We have just returned from 11 days of total relaxation.
The villa is spotlessly clean and is very well equipped, will english satellite TV so you can keep up with whats going on at home if you want to, The pool is large and you can lay in the sun till around 7 pm ( September), there is also places around the pool that have total shade all day for when it gets too hot or if you have little ones.
There are plenty of big supermarkets so it's easy to stock on on those essentials, and the small supermarket at La Fustera has a lot of english food so you can even get your branston to have with your cheese.
Calpe - about 10 mins drive to the right has a lot of nice restaurants especially around the port and a market on a Saturday.
Moraira - about 15mins to the left also has nice restaurants a market on friday mornings and a small night market each evening to wonder about after dinner.
We love this place and would recomend it to both families and couples.

Superb well equiped villa in a good location. Warmest swimming pool we have been in.Jane,the owner,continues to keep up the standards to a high level, and we have already booked to come back next year.
