Casa Sophie is a lovely two bedroom air-conditioned villa, furnished to a high standard, with two bedrooms, a lounge diner, shower room, a large terrace and air-conditioning. There is a lovely communal swimming pool area.

The villa is located in the Fanadix area of Moraira just 2km (24 minute walk) to the beach and restaurants, and the Algas beach bar. From the villa there is a picturesque view down the valley and out to sea. The town of Moraira and the main sandy beach is just 3.5km - an 8 minute drive.

Casa Sophie has two bedrooms, one double bedded and one twin bedded, a lounge with two 6ft leather sofas, an open fireplace, satellite television with BBC, ITV and Sky channels, CD and DVD player and a radio. A guest bed can be put in the lounge for an extra child. The dining room has a large table with six chairs and the kitchen features an oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine.

Outside you will find a large rear terrace, with awning, that is fully enclosed and has a table and chairs, a serving table, two sun loungers and two beach chairs. There is also a covered car port adjacent to the house. Guests at Casa Sophie have use of the communal swimming pool that is shared by just 13 other properties.

In addition to the shops, restaurants, bars and the weekly Friday market Moraira has facilities for many water sports, a gymnasium, children's playground and a diving school. There is also a 9 hole golf course within walking distance of Casa Sophie. A little further afield you will find many sandy bays, rocky coves and beautiful countryside with mountains, valleys and citrus and almond groves. There are caves and a safari park within a short drive and the water park, sea world and Terra Mitica theme parks are just 30 minutes drive.

Casa Sophie is for couples and families, No unrelated single groups please. No smoking inside the villa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables.

Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal.

Sophie is in Moraira, one of the most attractive seaside towns on the Costa Blanca. It is just 12km from the motorway junction and just over a mile to the local beach and restaurants with the town centre a further 1500 metres. The journey from Alicante airport is 95km, nearly all motorway, and takes just over an hour. From Valencia airport it is 135 km and will take 85 minutes, again nearly all motorway.

Flights to Alicante are available from a number of airlines including AerLingus, BMI Baby, British Airways, Easyjet, First Choice, FlyBe, FlyGlobespan, Jet 2, Monarch, Ryanair, and Thomsonfly which operate from a large number of UK Airports.

There are now twelve UK Airports that offer regular, scheduled flights to Valencia from five different Airlines: British Airways/ Iberia, Easyjet, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Ryanair.
