Casa Bonita is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom villa, with its own pool and extensive sun terraces. It is an excellent villa choice for both couples and families. It provides guests with the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind , Ideally located close enough to all the amenities of the nearby village and mid way between the resorts and beaches of Moraira and Javea.
It gives visitors the very best of two upmarket resorts,all within a ten minute drive. For the more active there is golf, watersports, inland villages to explore, restaurants to suit every budget, and family Theme Parks within a short drive.
Villa Casa Bonita is south west facing and enjoys all day sunshine. The sun sets behind the old church of Benitachell between 9-10pm during the summer months (May onwards) enabling guests to enjoy a full day out and still enjoy the warm evening sun with a chilled glass of wine from one of the terraces at the villa.

The villa Casa Bonita is furnished in a bright modern style. Built on two levels,the villa accommodation comprises a bright open plan lounge and dining area, a modern well equipped kitchen and an additional cloakroom with a toilet and washbasin. A covered terrace or 'naya' leads off from the lounge providing an extra dining area and a great vantage point to watch the sunsets. The circular table seats 6 people.
An internal staircase leads down to the three double bedrooms, and two separate bathrooms (Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and one has two singles.) All have double wardrobes and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms open out directly onto the extensive pool terraces.
Amenities include TV with English Channels ( including but not limited to- BBC 1&2, Sky Sports1,2, and 3, ITV Channel 4, Five** (channels can change without notice ) . DVD player with a selection of films,, a CD player. An IPOD docking station and charger. There is a washing machine, iron etc, hair dryer, alarm system and a personal safe. We have local representation close by for your convenience.
Children are most welcome here , but parents of young toddlers are asked to consider the layout of the villa
before booking. In our opinion the villa is best suited to parties of 4 , or small family groups to give you extra space and comfort.

The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area of similar properties,each one having its own private pool . It is not surrounded by other rental properties. The villa is enclosed within its own plot and has private gated parking adjacent to the main entrance.
Nestled on a gently sloping hillside, the villa's slightly elevated position affords open views across the countryside towards the distant mountains and the famous 'Montgo' which dominates the local landscape. The 8m x 4m pool has Roman steps and underwater lighting.
The extensive pool terrace is equipped with patio furniture for poolside dining, 4 sunbeds, parasols and a portable BBQ. There is a poolside shower. The enclosed lower terrace provides the perfect sun-trap during for the cooler winter months. It also provides a safe area for children to play.
The area is well served by restaurants both in Benitachell and on route to Javea and Moraira. The closest are a Chinese restaurant, a Mediterranean Grill and an English style pub/restaurant The Bull and Bear. which are about 1.5km from the villa.
There is also a well stocked supermarket close by, with a good range of international goods and fresh produce.
The closest beach to the villa is at Cala Moraig, which lies within a small cove within a 5 minute drive on the Cumbre Del Sol.

We try to be as flexible as possible regarding changeover days,allowing guests maximum flexiblity over travel arrangements particularly out of peak season .
During July and August , the prefered changeover day is Saturday,
Conditions
Prices include villa preparation, and linen and towels are charged at £10 per person per week. ( Pool and beach towels not provided)
Additional houskeeping services during your stay can be provided at an extra cost.
Welcome Packs can be arranged.
Flexible arrival / departure days and duration of stay throughout the year, except during peak season when the prefered day is Saturday .
£200 refundable retainer is taken with your final balance payment against damage and loss.
Winter bookings between November and March include full underfloor heating (fair usage ) and an extra £50 fuel deposit is taken with your retainer.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the villa booking. Full payment required within 8 weeks of departure. Payments can be made by Cheque , Bank transfer in GBPounds Sterling. Pay Pal credit card payments are subject to charges of 3.4 %. Bank transfers in Euros, subject to bank transfer/receiving fees. fees.
A car is essential.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Alicante is the nearest airport, approximately 1 hours drive. Valencia is about 1 hour 30 minutes. The area is well served by golf courses, the nearest being the Javea golf course just a 5 minute drive by car.
The more challenging courses of La Sella and Oliva Nova are within a 30 minute drive.
The Moraira / Benitachell area
The Moraira, Benitachell and Javea area is situated on the most easterly part of the Spanish mainland. This location is perfect for families, friends and couples. Development has centred around villas and apartments rather than large hotel complexes , and in the main has been sensitive to the local landscape.
The atmosphere is laidback and casual, but has an upscale feel, without the 'excesses' attributed to some of the Spanish resorts.
The coastline from Calpe in the south to Denia in the north of the region provides a contrast between wide stretches of sandy beach, to small coves backed by pine clad hills and dramatic cliffs.
Inland the Jalon and Orba valleys provide excellent walking and sightseeing.
The area is well seved by golf courses. Just 5 minutes from villa Casa Bonita is the 9 hole Javea Golf course with more challenging opportunities provided by The courses at La Sella and Oliva Nova both within a 30 -40 minute drive.
Horse riding tennis, watersports, diving .kart racing, boat trips ,green bowling ,ten pin bowling , english cinema. crazy golf , water parks . safari parks, caves, a new shopping complex , theme parks are just some of the activities to keep you busy if you can drag yourself away from the villa and the beautiful pool area at Casa Bonita.

----the villa gave us the opportunity to relax and unwind, We spent a lot of time being lazy under the umbrellas and making full use of the pool. We loved the views , the peace and quiet and the surrounding area. Although we have never been to the Costa Blanca, sightseeing was not on our agenda, so the villa played an important part in our holiday.
