This pretty villa with magnificent views overlooking Moraira, has private 10 x 5 metre pool with large terrace and gardens which enjoys all day sunshine. The villa has been recently refurbished and is fully air conditioned and well equipped with many amenities close by.
On upper level there is lounge, dining room with double sofa bed. Modern kitchen fully air conditioned recently refurbished. Covered terrace.
Lower level has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Moraira is a delightful town with two safe sandy beaches ideal for sunbathing and water sports. These beaches have both been awarded the EEC blue flag for cleanliness.
The area is regarded by the World health Organisation as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. It is very mild in the winter with an average January Temp of 12 degrees. In summer July has an average temperature of 27 degrees.
Moraira / Fanadix area
Moraira a lies in a bay, originally an old fishing village that now has a large Marina. The town retains much of its fishing village character with its narrow streets lined with a variety of shops, bars and many restaurants serving food to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a weekly Friday market in the town all year round and a nightly town centre craft market during the summer months.
Benidorm is a thirty minute drive and has lots of activities and theme parks and is worth a visit. Along the coast road towards Calpe there are many quiet beaches to be found.

A 30% deposit is required at time of booking and balance due 8 weeks prior to departure (if time allows) along with a £200 refundable security deposit.
Gusts are requested to arrive after 2pm and depart by 10am (this may be flexible). Linen and towels are supplied for use inside villa only.
Conditions
Refundable deposit will be returned within two weeks after satisfactory inspection.
