About the home

Located in one of the most beautiful places of Spain, on the edge of a green zone at 8 min. from Moraira, with beautiful beaches, a typical harbour, nice shops and lots of different restaurants.
Completely equipped and very nice decorated; WIFI, private pool, in a quite location and close to the beach of Moraira.
Wonderful private terraces perfect for an al fresco dining with private pool and whole day sun.

The Kitchen is completely equipped with integrated hot air oven, integrated microwave oven, laundry washing machine, vitro-ceramic coocking plate and granite working bench.
The Master Bedroom (1 double bed) has a bathroom with 2 sinks, Toilet and Jacussi.
The 2 other bedrooms (2 single beds each) have each there own shower room with 1 sink, Toilet and shower.
Apart from the 3 toilets in the bathrooms, there is an extra central toilet in the corridor.
The living room is very light and sunny with beautiful views on the mountains

Further details outdoors:
There is a space for 2 cars behind a closed metal sliding door, on the plot, at 5 meters of the master bedroomwindow.
The pool has an integrated relax seat and has sun all day.
There are several terraces, the main terrace has sun all day, but there is also possibility to relax in the refreshening shade of a palmtree.

Apart from the renting price, water and electricity is charged separately (between 5 and 20€, depending how the airconditioning is used (only in the evening or whole day) and consuption of the hot water showers and baths).
WIFI is included in the renting price.!
Optionally you can rent from us bedsheets and towel set for 11€/set, but you can also bring your own sheets and towels!

Conditions

If you are interested, we send you per mail a contract proposal with all details concerning costs and renting price.
The villa is reserved from the moment a deposit of about 450€ is transferred

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

One of most beautiful places of Spain, on the edge of a green zone;
Located at 8 min. from Moraira, with beautiful beaches, a typical harbour, nice shops and lots of different restaurants.
Fantastic Mediterranean climate, winter and summer (in dec-jan and feb you have to take into account a couple of weeks windy and rainy days with temps of 10-13 degrees): rest of the winter period 15-20°C ; may till october 20 till 35°C.

The Moraira area

Moraira is a local coast village with great typical spannish bars, restaurants and lots of shops.
At 0.5hour drive you are in Benidorm.
