About the home

This luxury modern detached villa with private pool has accommodation over 2 levels and is furnished to a high standard throughout. A 2 minute drive from the nearest bar and shops and a 5 minute drive from central Moraira with its shops, sandy beaches, and many bars/restaurants.

The villa is maintained to a high standard and is furnished in a contemporary style. Living accommodation is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge area has seating for 8 and a large TV with all UK channels (BBC/ITV/C4/C5) plus Sky channels, a DVD and CD player/radio. The balcony is equipped for al fresco dining and enjoys a sea view. Air conditioning in kitchen and living areas. Ground floor shower room and WC. Master bedroom has king size bed and doors onto sun/pool terrace and en-suite bathroom with full size bath. WC and shower. Two good sized twin rooms, one with doors onto sun terrace, which share a family bathroom. Large fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms, plus ceiling and free standing fans.

The large sun terrace has dining area with BBQ and 6 sun loungers, outside shower and private floodlit pool with roman steps. Pool room with utility and laundry area, including washing machine.

The villa is decorated in a contemporary style to a high standard and genuinely offers luxury and comfort along with lovely views of the valley and the sea.

Further details outdoors:
The private infinity swimming pool has roman steps and enjoys all day sunshine. There is plenty of space for those all-important sun beds. Please note that the pool is not heated. There is also a pool side shower with hot and cold water.
An outside BBQ comes with the villa for your enjoyment and tables and chairs are provided for outside dining.
Smoking on the terrace is permitted, but not inside the villa.
There is space for parking immediately outside the villa and secure parking available for a further car on the gated drive.

Further details

Rental charge includes arrival clean, linen and towels, air conditioning, electricity, gas and central heading. A linen change on multiple week bookings will be provided. The pool is cleaned weekly. The cost of the final villa clean (£30) is deducted from the security deposit . 30% deposit of total rental to secure booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival date. A refundable security deposit of £200 required to cover losses and/or damage will be promptly repaid once confirmed by our local property agent. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 persons who must be listed on the booking form. Longer term lets considered. Payment accepted in Pounds Sterling or Euro by bank transfer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Our villa is situated in a quiet residential private cul-de-sac of 9 villas with sea and hillside views, but with easy access to road/motorway exists and nearby towns, supermarkets and amenities. It is only a 2 minute drive away from the nearest supermarkets and an easy 5 minute drive to central Moraira and sandy beaches. The region of the Costa Blanca is very beautiful with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are nearby. Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to the Terra Mitica theme park and water park.

The climate here is excellent and rated highly by The World Health Organisation. There are spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go, and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be breathtaking.

The Moraira / Benitachell area

There are many shops, restaurants and beaches in and around the Moraira area and a weekly open market every Friday in the main town.
Water sports - available on the larger beaches in Moraira and Javea. Water skiing, jet skiing, wind surfing and scuba diving. Safe shallow bathing at El Portet, especially for little ones.
Fishing - sea fishing is available in Moraira - tuna, dorado, blue fish, spear fish and more. The tourist information office in Moraira town can help you book.
Tennis / horse riding / cycling - tennis available at Sol Park (5 minute drive). Horse riding and cycling can be booked through the tourist information office in Moraira.
Golf - many courses available within 30 minutes of the villa: Moraria (9 hole course), Javea (9 hole course), Le Sella in Denia (18 hole course), and Oliva Nova (18 hole course - north of Denia).

The villa is located just outside Moraira (5 minute drive to sea and town centre) and a one hour drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. Both airports are serviced by most budget airlines (easyJet, bmi, Thomson, Monarch, Ryan Air and First Choice all fly to Alicante and most service Valencia) and all major car hire companies. From Alicante airport take the A7 motorway towards Alicante/Valencia leaving at exit 63 to Teulada and towards Moraira. Detailed directions are provided to guests.
Ferries from Plymouth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao. Euro tunnel to Calais.
