The villa has a private pool 10 m x 5m, fully airconditioned. The villa also benefits from a large roof terrace with paneramic views to the sea, naya, landscaped gardens, drive way which is gated and security intercom system.The villa ,is ideally situated half way between the airports of Alicante and Valencia
The villa comprise 1 double master bedroom with en suite shower room . From the master bedroom there are french windows that open up onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Plus two further twin bedrooms and a large family bathoom. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area benefits from french windows that open up onto the naya. Leading off the dining area through the Tosca arch way is fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge freezer, dishwasher , microwave, gas hob and electric oven. From the kitchen there is a separate utility room with washing machine. The villa is beautifully appointed to an extremley high standard.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The costa Blanca has some stunning coastline and beaches, beautiful spanish towns the centre of life being the town square, along with there many fiestas & local markets.
Benitachell is a small spanish town with narrow steets a variety of shops and authentic restaurants. The area has diverse local attractions and down at the local Moraig beach are caves which are popular with scuba divers.
Cumbre Del Sol is situated overlooking benitachell , calpe and moraira it is only 30minutes north of benidorm where you will find beaches and for the children Terra Mitaca a fun park, and the sea life centre Mundomar. There are a good variety of shops from those selling typical spanish murchandise to those you find on any local high street. In the mountains behind benidorm is the village of Guadalast with its spectacular views and castle. This is well worth a visit.
Just over an hours drive from from Cumbre del Sol is the wonderful spanish city of valancia with its stunning architure and its cathedral which boasts of its grail history. Valencia comes together with the mix off old and new. There La Oceanographic a fantastic aquarim with large tanks with an amazing variety of ocean life.
Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Situated approximatley 10 minutes drive north of the lovely seaside town of Moraira and 15 minutes south of Javea both with lovely sandy beaches is Cumbre Del Sol with its beautiful headland and dramatic coastline and amazing views. The area has some wonderful coves. There are some beautiful walks and the villa ajoins the Granadella national park ovelooking the Montgo mountain where you can walk with spectaular views to the sea. Cumbre Del Sol has its own Moraig beach with car paking and a snack bar. Although this beach is pebbly only five minutes drive away is the beautiful sandy beach at Moraira with life guards, beach restaurant and children's playing facilities.
Cumbre Del Sol offers a local supermarket, chemist, bank , restaurants and tapas bars and the new lirros centre has an irish bar,chinese restaurant numerous cafes and children's park.
At Javea 10 minutes away is a lovely palm fringed sandy beach with children's play area, volley ball and boats and jet skies for hire in high season. It also has a mariana where you can see the local fishermen come in with there catch.
Moraira once a small fishing village has a lovely marina and offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants, anything from indian,chinese,japanese,spanish and international cuisine. There are also acouple of english bars and restaurants. Moraira has a good local market that is held on a friday, and next to this is a children's amusement park which is open at night. Moraira also offers 2 crazy golf course, go-carting, tennis and on cumbre del sol is a horse riding centre.
For the golfers there are 4 local courses and many more further afield. The nearest being Javea golf club 5 minutes away, Iffach in moraira and also La sella 20 minutes away.

There are a good selection of books and games available. The villa benefits from underfloor heating and an open log fire.

The villa benefits from large secure parking area. There is a roof terrace with panoramic views towards the sea and mountains on a clear day you can see the island of Ibiza.
