Las Piedras is located in the San Jaime area of Moraira, just a five minute walk to a large supermarket, bars and restaurants. Set in a quiet and peaceful area with everything you would require for a perfect family holiday. Moraira's town, beaches and golf course are less than a five minute drive away.
A private, gated driveway leads into the grounds of the villa. There you will find the well-tended gardens with palm trees, citrus trees, flowering shrubs, the swimming pool and terraces with good quality garden furniture.
This is a well equipped villa with everything you would require, it has been furnished to a high standard throughout. Satellite TV, a selection of books and DVDs have been provided for your enjoyment, along with a games area with Pool table & dart board. A table tennis table can be found on one of the outside terraces.
All three bedrooms are air conditioned.

Steps lead up to the Naya at the front of the villa which is furnished with a three seater settee, two chairs and a table.
The front door of the villa leads into the main lounge which benefits from a comfortable sofa and chairs, satellite TV which includes Sky Sports, 2 Sky Movie channels and all of the terrestrial UK channels, there is a DVD player and a selection of DVDs to watch.
An archway leads to the dining area which is furnished with a dining room table and six chairs, which provides an area for people to eat inside the villa comfortably. A door from the dining room leads into a modern fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with an oven & hob, fridge & freezer.
A hallway from the lounge leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom the other two being twin bedrooms, all benefit from built in wardrobes and a high standard of bedroom furniture.
There is a family bathroom and a separate shower room with a walk in shower, both rooms are newly refurbished.

The villa stands on a large secure private plot, it has terraced areas with good quality garden furniture, large swimming pool with pool & beach toys available to use, lovely gardens with lighting for evening enjoyment.
In the garage beneath the villa there is a new high quality pool table with lights fitted above for usage, a dart board and two sets of darts. There is also a set of golf clubs to use if you fancy a few holes at the Club Ifach golf course in Moraira.
Outside you will find a larger than average swimming pool (10 x 5), which has Roman steps at one end and is fully floodlit. The pool terrace area provides ample garden furniture and sun-loungers, there is a traditional BBQ house and a large gas BBQ, ideal for daytime lunches or for evening al-fresco dining.

Conditions
A 25% deposit is required when booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before the beginning of holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £150 is required with the balance payment.
Changeover days are flexible.
Guests are requested to depart by 10 am and arrive after 4pm.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca has something for everyone, beautiful beaches, golf courses, towns and villages. The lovely coastal resorts of Altea, Calpe, Javea & Denia are well worth a visit, you will find many wonderful restaurants & tapas bars, plenty of shops and lovely sandy beaches.
A drive inland will bring you to the well preserved village of Guadalest up in the mountains where you can enjoy the stunning views of the countryside. Or visit the Jalon Valley, a fertile vine growing area where you can sample the local wines.
In this area of the Costa Blanca you can also visit the Terra Mitica Theme park and Aqualandia Water park, also Mundomar 'sea world' park in Benidorm.
There are three golf courses in the area, an 18 hole course at La Sella, Denia, which is part of the Marriott Hotel complex, a 9 hole course in Moraira and Javea. The Moraira golf course is just a very short drive form Villa Las Piedras.
The Moraira / San Jaime area
Moraira, considered to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of the Costa Blanca, which was once a small fishing village is now a sophisticated resort. There are elegant shops and numerous restaurants to suit all tastes. There are no high rise hotels or apartment blocks, the area remains exclusively for villa owners and those who prefer the independent holiday.
There are 3 beaches, the L'Ampolla beach is a lovely sandy beach with a play area for children, El Portet ,which is set in a beautiful bay and ideal for children with its shallow waters and Andrago beach, just a short stroll from the town.
Walk around the lovely harbour and visit the fish market which will be selling the freshly caught fish of the day, then have a wander around the town and choose form the many bars and restaurants to stop for refreshments!
Every Friday you will find the local market on the large car park in the centre of Moraira which is well worth a visit.
There are many festivals during the year, one of the most spectacular is the Moors & Christians festival which is held around the middle of June. This includes beach battles, marching processions through the town and ends with a fabulous fire work display.
