There is a wonderful bakery less than a minutes’ walk from the apartment. It is open every morning at 6.00am ideal for fresh croissants and bread. There are three small supermarkets in the village, Butchers and fish monger. Paper shop selling English papers, pharmacy, several banks, bars, cafes, restaurants, video hire and children’s play parks. There are also fiestas in the village throughout the year providing an opportunity to join in the fun.

Teulada – Moraira, 4 beaches. The main beach is 5 mins drive, beautiful sandy beach, shallow waters, café, parking, play area, blue flag and facilities for reduced mobility. Javea (10 mins drive), 9 beaches with the main Arenal beach being the most popular. It has a lovely sandy beach, shallow water, blue flag; wonderful restaurants for all tastes and budgets play area and facilities for reduced mobility. From small pebble coves to large bustling beaches there is something for everyone.

The pool area has a child´s pool as well as a large adult pool with waterfall. The property enjoys a balcony with table, a large sunny pool area with terrace, and a more private roof terrace. Parents are advised the property is located on the second floor, so children must be supervised at all times.

The apartment enjoys a lovely large terrace with both areas of sun and shade. The terrace is around a two tier pool. The top tier is a baby pool, from the baby pool there is a waterfall which cascades down in to the main large swimming pool.

All areas are communal, but as the complex is small and is made up of both permanent and holiday users the pool and terrace are never very busy.

The apartment has sun beds that can be used around the pool or on the roof terrace. This is a fully enclosed complex and can only be accessed from the main lobby door.

The Train Station is a 5 min walk away and calls at, Gata, Denia to the north and Calpe, Altea, Benidorm to the south. Teualda is a pretty Spanish village, with many cobbled streets to explore. There are many advantages to letting in the heart of a village, opportunity to embrace real Spanish life and participate in the many fiestas. Teulada is easily accessible by train from Alicante.
