Home description

Sunset apartment for 4-5 people, just 2 km from the beach. Include a big terrace and gardens with sunbeds, and two barbecues. The apartment has Satellite TV (Astra) and community laundry room.

There is a Commercial Centre at 1 km approximately, composed by a restaurant, pubs, a rent a car and supermarket.

The apartment has two double bedroom, one open counter kitchen with living room, one bathroom and a balcony where you can have a nice diner. (Approximately 48 m2).

In Moraria there is no room for boredom. As well as immersing ourselves in its nature, history and culture, this district gives us the opportunity of enjoying fine sandy beaches. Lovers of water sports can enjoy the services of the Moraira Club Nautico, and private companies organise diving excursions, windsurfing training and under-sea fishing. There are 2 golf courses in the area, within a few kilometres.

We rent weekly all around the year. A car is essential. We can add an extra bed.

We are to 120km from the City of Arts and Science in Valencia.
There is a Fun Fair called Terra Mitica in Benidorm which is to 35 minutes by car.

Moraira / Benimeit area

Teulada - Moraira is a quiet Costa Blanca town with an important network of tourism services operating all year round. The orientation of the coast and the position of the mountains surrounding it create a microclimate that guarantees an annual average temperature of 18º C.

Its charm comes from having grown as a village, without losing its atmosphere of a typical fishing port. Proof of this are the fish auctions held from Tuesday to Sunday in the auction house, and we can also point out the big extension of agricultural land.

The municipal district has a network of rural paths that can be followed on foot, bicycle and horseback. Teulada-Moraira offers the opportunity to practice sports such as horseriding, squash, football, tennis, basketball, etc… You can also choose to visit the interesting Sunday antiques boot-sale where you will be able to find furniture, paintings by anonymous or known artists, clothes, ceramics, craft-work and all types of bits and bobs. There are others weekly markets, in Teulada on Wednesday an in Moraira on Friday.

Teulada-Moraira enjoys an excellent gastronomic selection, all of it accompanied by white and Moscatel wines prepared in the San Vicente co-operative.

Booking information.

1) If you want to make a reservation, send the (50% NET ) from the total amount of your stay. The stay will be paid always in Euros. Reservations will be confirmed by us once we have received the first payment. ( All bank transfer fees or charges will be paid by the tenant) . We will send you the balance and a receipt of the transferred amount per email.

2) The other 50% of your stay will be paid in Spain in cash before getting the keys .

3) Before getting the keys, 100 € deposit must be handed in for each apartment, and which will be refunded at the end of the stay as long as the content and the apartment haven't been damaged or altered.

Payment options: The payment will be done by a bank transference.

Despite unusually poor weather we spent a very pleasant week in Moraira. The apartments whilst not very large are very functional,clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday, particularly large bathrooms.The location is ideal for it's relative proximity to town. If you want to understand the culture of Spain's smaller communities over the big cities, Benifayo is a delightful villa of the many along Spain's Costa Blanca. It is within a short driving distance, 2.5 kilometers of Teulada and Moraira, where the people are welcoming, the beaches clean, and the restaurants excellent.
