Casa Salamandra is located just 1,7 kilometre on the outskirts of the centre of Moraira. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes walking distance to the beautiful town Moraira and ten minutes driving to the larger towns Javea and Calpe. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
This is a luxury villa in all respects. Equipped with central heating for a year round comfort, it has a nice lounge/diner and two bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom one has an separate toilet and air condition. The big kitchen is well equipped with big fridge/freezer, hob, oven dish washer and microwave. The garden is very attractive and benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and a barbecue. Parking is private within the grounds.
The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.
Moraira / La Sabatera area
All the local towns have their origins in fishing and grape growing and much of this is still to be seen places such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Javea and Denia. They all celebrate the religious holidays and Moors and Christians fiestas that offer the visitors breathtaking street parades. For the family there is a wide range of restaurants and beaches nearby.
Moraira, this small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
On second weekend in June there is the annual “Moors and Christians” fiesta weekend – a spectacular event put on by the town locals that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups. Moraira is one of those towns that people - including the local inhabitants - just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day.

This property is also available for long term rental with a duration of minimum one month at a cost of 2000 Euros per month but not during pig season.
20 % deposit on booking. Full payment 8 weeks before arrival. Apart from the price of the villa, we also ask for a refundable breakages deposit of 250 Pounds required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure day (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Hi Sylvia and Mike, just a quick e-mail to thankyou for helping us to have a lovely holiday in Casa Salamandra. The villa was excellent, very clean, tidy and spacious. Shame the weather was not so good on our last morning but it was certainly a help to be able to stay until 5.30 rather than having to rush away by 10.00.
