Villa Anderida is a beautiful detached villa set in a quiet area and has established gardens surrounded by trees and shrubs.
The upper level has a living and dining room, kitchen and toilet. The large glazed naya and open sun terrace both overlook the pool and pretty garden. The lower level has three bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the pool and terrace area, one king with en suite bathroom and one twin. There is an additional shower room and utility room.
The pool with Roman steps is ideal for children and is surrounded by a large level terrace with patio furniture and barbecue.
Villa Anderida is ideally suited for a quiet or busy family holiday. Moraira approximately 2KM is a small fishing village with a marina and there are a choice of shops, restaurants, and sandy or rocky beaches. San Jaime golf course is close by. Local activities include golf, scuba diving, climbing, tennis, walking, jet ski, aqua park, swimming, flora & forna, go karting and relaxing!
Perfectly placed, Moraira is set between Calpe and Javea, both coastal towns with beaches and restaurants. Benidorm with easy access to Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park is 30 minutes away. There is a choice of golf courses in the area. We recommend the use of a car to take maximum benefit from the beautiful surrounding areas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Nestling between the mountains and the sea, Moraria has its own micro climate and boasts 300 days of sunshine a year.
Recently discovered by tourists it was a small fishing village and has now increased in size without losing its appeal. The pretty marina has many yachts but local fishing boats too. There are two main sandy beaches, one in Moaraira itself and the other in the adjoining area of Portet. Although on a journey along the coast road between Moraira and Calpe you can explore and discover a number of pretty rocky or sandy coves.
Other local places of interest include Javea with long sandy beaches and Guadalest a hill top village and caslte set inland in the mountains. The picturesque Jalon valley is a lush green valley surrounded by mountains with winding roads and spectacular viewing points.
Benidorm with easy access to Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Mundomar a marine and exotic animal park with dolphin shows is 30 minutes away. There is a choice of golf courses in the area.
Moraira / San Jaime area
Local activities include :golf, scuba diving, climbing, tennis, walking, jet ski, aqua park, swimming, flora & fauna and relaxing!
Take the children to the local marina to feed the large shoals of fish with left over bread. The two main fiestas in Moraira are San Vicente Ferrer, which takes place on the first Monday after Easter Monday, and Moors & Christians, which is held the second weekend in June.

Further details indoors: Villa Anderida is a comfortable family villa with lots of space. The main living area is open plan with living room, dining room and kitchen and leads to the large spacious naya Choose to dine in the more formal dining room, in the glazed naya that over looks the pool or on the upper or lower terraces. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and portable standing fans on the upper level. All bedrooms are on ground level, access to the upper living areas is by stairs.
Further details outdoors: Outside the villa has a large flat terrace ideal for children. The pool is child friendly and has Roman steps for easy access and great for children to play on. there is a BBQ and an outside shower.

Bed linen and bath/shower towels are provided weekly. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Cots for children up to 24 months can be provided for a small charge.
Saturday is our preferred arrival day during peak and high season but we are happy to be flexible out of these times.
We ask that the villa be vacated by 10.00a.m. for cleaning before the arrival of new guests from 4.00p.m. ,although we do try to be as flexible as possible with these times. Please let us know if you have late or early flights and we will try to help if we can.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A damage deposit of £100 is taken with the balance. This is returnable,subject to no unreasonable breakages, two weeks after your departure dates.
