Only 1.5km away from Moraira town centre and only 1km away from the exclusive beach of El Portet.
Set on three levels, with several secluded private areas for contemplation, a large sun terrace with fabulous views, a covered naya overlooking the pool area down a level. There is an outside tiled barbecue kitchen and additional gas barbecue. The pool can be lit at night and there is a poolside shower. Satellite TV with Sports channels. Travel cot and high chair available.

Large open plan living area with large leather corner suite and rocking chair seating 8 and dining area. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD/video, CD player, log burning fire, air-conditioning unit. Open kitchen with large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. Bedrooms consists of: first level, lounge and kitchen level, 1 bedroom with twin beds, lower level 1 bedroom with twin beds, lower level 1 bedroom with kingsize bed and child's single sofa bed, lower level 1 bedroom with double bed.
Bathrooms consist of: first level shower room with wc, bidet, sink and washing machine, lower level bathroom with wc, sink with over bath shower.
Lower level bedroom with French doors opens onto pool area, contains double bed. Mosquito nets to all windows, free standing fans to all bedrooms.
Air-conditioning. Log fire heating and electric storage heating. Newly fitted security alarm with direct link to call centre also providing paramedic assistance in emergencies.

Conditions
30% deposit required at the time of booking with the balance and a damage retainer of £300 due 12 weeks before arrival. Damage retainer will be returned on inspection of the property immediately after departure. Payment can be made by online banking or by cheque.
Flexible changeover days all year - midweeks acceptable.
Minimum booking from 1 May to 30 September is 1 week.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Calpe Rock, 15-20 minutes drive on a beautiful coastal road for a superb choice of seafood restaurants with sea views all trying to tempt you with tasters of their menu and sangria. Drive a little further south on the same road and climb the dizzy heights of Altea town to the square and visit the blue domed church visible from the motorway on route from Alicante to Moraira. Take your pick of lunch offered from the restaurants on the square. Sample the breathtaking view from Benidorm 180 degrees north to Calpe Rock.
Visit the beautiful beaches of Benidorm, sample the shopping and delights of this busy town or book an evening for the fabulous show at Benidorm Palace with dinner and drink.
Travel inland and located on the CV-70, 25 km from Altea, is the village of Guadalest. Occupying one of the most stunning positions in Spain, this small village is precariously perched on the pinnacle of a granite mountain, giving fabulous views across the valley carved out by the River from which the village takes its name.
For excellent food and shopping travel north to Denia and Javea and stroll the sea front restaurants.
The Moraira / El Portet area
Amongst the narrow cobbled streets of Moraira there is a great choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day. There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering water sports, a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira. There is an open-air market held every Friday. Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year and average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.

This villa is set in a fabulous, quiet, peaceful location at the very top of a hill / mountain side. The views are gorgeous and worth it.!! We were on holiday for a week with another family, 8 of us in total, Children ages 14,12, 12 and 10. The pool is quite large and deep so plenty of room for all of us plus quite a number of inflatables!!! We hired a car from Alicante airport which was essential for this villa really. it was all very easy and straight forward. The villa is lovely and clean and the pool is well maintained as we even met the pool guy who came to do the water pH testing! If i had to pick any negatives it would be that the lack of air con. in the bedrooms did mean we had a few sticky sleepless nights. The fans provided did help a little with this. I would def return to this villa for future holidays. |
