Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of the beautiful fishing village of Moraira. Located in a quiet road on a hill that provides views across the valley and down to the sea.
There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a superbly fitted luxury bathroom, separate toilet, a large lounge with a separate dining area, a glazed naya, various sun terraces and a private large swimming pool, and a pool side shower. Sleeps 6 people plus one additiional person using an extra bed and also cot avaiable at no extra charge. Also avaialble is a double bed apartment to hire at additional £100.00 per week (No other person will be in the apartment during your visit)
The large living room provides plenty of space to relax in the evening and has a TV that receives all major UK TV channels, wireless broadband, video and DVD player. There is a dining area attached to the living room and terrace for outdoor dining. The brand new kitchen is well equipped including washing/drying facilities.
There is also a spacious naya with dining & lounge areas with views across the valley. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces provide a superb environment to sunbathe around the pool (9m x4m x 2m deep). Parking for 3 cars.

The Moraira / Central Moraira area
Nearby attractions include the theme park of Terra Mitica and water park of Aqualandia. You can also experience spectacular scenery at sites such as the mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, the waterfall of Fuentes Del Algar and the palm forest at Elche.
The ancient town of Murcia is well worth a visit with its great shopping and wide ragne of restaurants, adn Valencia is less than am hour's drive away. Barcelona and Madrid are around 3 to 4 hours distant.
We are also only 25 minutes away from 'Terramitica' Southern Spain's answer to Disneyland. The famous 'Lemon express', running between Alicante and Denia, is also worth a ride as it is considered to be one of the great coastal train journeys of Europe.

SUMMARY OF RENTAL CHARGES
• All rates include cleaning, bed linen and towels up to six occupants
• Additional occupants are charged at the prevailing rate. Linen and towels are changed at the
weekend for Saturday to Saturday guests and for mid-week bookings would normally be 6 or 7
days from arrival and continue throughout stay.
• For Eurozone countries the euro rate to be agreed
• Prices are per week, in UK Pounds. Where midweek dates are agreed and overlap two of the
periods then a pro rata daily rate will be used.
• Deposit of 25% of total charge to secure booking - Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to
commencement of stay.
• Surety deposit of £250.00 which subject to any damage or dilapidations will be returned as soon
as villa keys have been received back by the owner
• The minimum stay charged is for 6 days (on a pro rata basis)
• 5% discount for 2 weeks 8% discount 3 weeks - for more than 3 weeks rental rates by agreement.
• Full central heating during the cooler periods again at no additional charge
• Casa Evesham is only expected to be available as dates shown above
There is an adjoining double bed apartment which is available for £110.00 per week.
This apartment is only available to guest booking the main villa
