Downstairs, opening onto the spacious terrace, is a complete studio apartment with own shower/bathroom and fully equipped second kitchen. The pool area is completely private and surrounded by a paved terrace perfect sunbathing and al fresco dining complete with barbecue and outdoor shower.The grounds are large with mature plants which add to the privacy and tranquillity of this property. There is parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway.

Moraira nestles in the pine clad hills and is free of high rise developments and package tourism. The area is lush with orange, lemon and olive groves, palm trees and other exotic flora and fauna that you would expect of a Mediterranean climate.
Originally a fishing village, Moraira is a lovely small town with a beautiful marina. In fact, the resort is known as "The Jewel of the Costa Blanca". The mild temperature during the winter months makes a perfect winter break with wall to wall sunshine during the summer periods. The Blue Flag beaches are safe, especially for children.

The area is ideal for all ages and caters for relaxing or recreational holidays - walking, cycling, water sports, diving, horse riding or sunbathing. For the young at heart and only 30 minutes drive there is Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water park, Mundomar sea life park and a nearby Safari park. The world famous Benidorm Palace is a 30 minute drive away and the show is an absolute must to see.
Moraira has many restaurants and bars to cater for all pockets. Ibiza can be visited by ferry from nearby Denia.

Further details indoors: Both apartments are very comfortably furnished. For warmer months there is a ceiling fan downstairs and floor standing fans in all the rooms. For winter months there is a log burning stove upstairs and central heating.
Downstairs there is central heating and warm air conditioning. Upstairs English TV is available via Sky satellite as well as DVD and CD facilities plus a wide selection of English books.
Further details outdoors: The downstairs terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs and several seating areas. Welcome shade is provided by some trees, sun umbrellas and three extendible sun blinds. The terrace is the perfect setting to capture the evening sun as it sets over the distant mountains.

On your arrival you will be met by the owner's brother and sister-in-law. You will receive a welcome pack of the basic essentials including chilled wine and champagne. All bed linens and towels will be provided. Beach and sun-lounger towels are not provided so do remember to bring some along. The property is professionally cleaned before your arrival A deposit of 40% is required upon booking and the balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival. Refundable breakage deposit of Euros 250 is required with the due balance (i.e. 6 weeks prior to arrival) to be returned within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
