Just a few kilometres from Moraira village and its beaches. Private nice garden, terraces and BBQ with community pool.
This is an excellent holiday place for two couples but with the added facility of a lounge sofa bed for one more guest/child plus a baby (hire) cot . It has a nice lounge/diner, one double bedroom and one with two single beds, one shower room and two WC's. The American open kitchen is well equipped with fridge and cooker, microwave, washing machine etc.
The garden is very attractive and private with a barbecue. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, and many excellent Spanish and international restaurants.

The villa enjoys a private quiet community pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the top spacious terrace with stunning views. The bungalow is ideal for families, with plenty of activity, including some superb local golf, to see and enjoy during your stay.
Owners accommodation is on the top floor but not in residence during letting periods.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
The villa is situated on the beautiful white coast of Spain - half way between Valencia and Alicante. The delightful resorts of Moraira and Javea with their sandy beaches and port and marina facilities are 1 kilometre to Moraira and 10 minute drive to Javea away. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, including the beautiful villages of the Jalon Valley - where you can also try the local wine at the many bodegas. There are open mountain views from the villa, yet it is conveniently situated for all activities.
The Moraira / Benitachell area
Moraira, this small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
On second weekend in June there is the annual “Moors and Christians” fiesta weekend – a spectacular event put on by the town locals that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups. Moraira is one of those towns that people - including the local inhabitants - just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day.
