Villa Los Naranjos is situated in the peaceful and exclusive area of Benimeit just 1.5 km from the centre of Moraira yet within easy reach of all the shops, bars, restaurants and of course the wonderful beaches.

The Villa is ideally suited to couples and families seeking peace and luxury in a wonderful location. The villa enjoys a magnificent view over the town and the Marina to the beach of El Portet and beyond. The Private Pool makes the sun terrace a fantastic place for relaxing in what is a truly wonderful location. Children will enjoy the safety of the fenced areas and the shallow end of the pool.

Totally refurbished in 2007, the villa has 4 double bedrooms, including a luxury master suite with en suite bathroom, house bathroom and toilet, large lounge, dining area, craftsman built kitchen, large covered terrace with dining area, private elevated sun terrace and gardens.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Moraira is set in the Alicante Province of the Costa Blanca and enjoys one of the best climates in Spain. The region is steeped in history and has easy access to the cities of Valencia and Alicante with Barcelona a possibility for an extended excursion overnight.

The temperature is very pleasant all year round with a good sunshine record. Long summer days and pleasant winter times, so attracting many visitors at all times of the year.

The atmosphere is more typically Spanish than some of the more ‘touristy’ areas yet you can still enjoy English bars and food if you prefer. A cosmopolitan range of bars and restaurants are available. Benidorm and its many attractions is only 20 minutes by road yet is a million miles away from the quiet town of Moraira.

Other activities include; golf, horse riding, sailing, bird watching, jet ski hire, fishing and mountain walking. All within the local area. If mountain villages and real Spain are your thing then you are only 20 minutes away from the Jalon Valley and onto the waterfalls and castle at Gudalest.


Moraira / Benimeit area

Originally a small fishing village, Moraira has grown into an ideal holiday retreat of perfect proportions, retaining much of its original character and atmosphere. It has attractive and colourful main streets, a picturesque Marina and wonderful blue flag sandy beaches.

The choice of restaurants and bars are just too many to sample in one holiday. There are seven recommended by Michelin (three with stars) and a huge variety of others to suit all budgets. The combination of terraced vineyards, wonderful mountains and blue sea, combine to make this an area of spectacular beauty.

Thankfully, the local authority has jealously guarded the appearance of Moraira, which has prevented the over-developed characteristics of other Spanish resorts. There are no high rise holiday hotels here. In fact, there are no package holiday hotels here at all.

Instead, beautiful private villas and 'pueblo style' developments line the slopes of the valley, which gently decline towards the beach and town. This dictates to a degree, the type of holidaymaker found in Moraira. Those attracted to this resort, tend to be family units, using or renting privately owned villas.

Beaches:
The character of the coastline, with its stunning cliffs and dramatic headlands, means that the beaches are mainly small coves and bays. The largest beach, Ampolla, is situated right at the centre of the town. With its shallow waters, white sands, children's play area and volleyball court, it is perfect for families.

The delightful Portet beach lies in a bay, to the left of the marina, and is just as popular with families. The two bar/restaurants here are famous for excellent lunches and fabulous sundowners. All the beaches along this part of the coast have been awarded an EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness.

Activities:
If the beach isn't your thing, then there are plenty of other things to do. That is, assuming you can pull yourself away from your luxury villa! The local shops and night market offer a really excellent choice of quality clothes, gifts and keepsakes. There is a fairground, especially suitable for young children, a fabulous Go Karting circuit, for all ages, a tennis club and three nightclubs. Also nearby are three golf courses, horse riding, and water sports centres. The larger resorts of Javea, Denia and Calpe are all within a half hour drive.

Benidorm is also well within reach. Here you will find all the children's favourites- Terra Mítica Theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Animal Kingdom, with its world famous dolphin show. If countryside and mountain tops are what you seek, then within 40 minutes you can be witnessing the breathtaking views at Guadalest or at the summit of the Sierra Bernia. Also, in just over one hour, you could be in Valencia, Spain's beautiful underestimated 3rd city.

Fiestas:
Moraira, like many Spanish towns, hosts many different fiestas throughout the year. The most famous is the 'Moors and Christians' festival, usually held over the 3rd weekend in June. The elaborate customs and parades are a real spectacle. You will be astonished that a small town such as this, can stage such a grand and marvellous event.

The Patron Saint fiestas in July are colourful and noisy, and culminate in a huge, spectacular firework display. There are many other towns fiestas during the year, too many to mention here. Villa Los Naranjos is an immaculately presented villa that has recently been fully renovated and refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. The owners have thought of everything that is needed to make your holiday something to remember and ensure that you will want to return again and again.

The villa is entered from the large covered Naya that offers a superb shaded Dining area. As you pass through the French doors, you enter the large lounge that has a dining area for those cooler winter months. The views through the French doors are wonderful of an evening as you relax and watch TV.

There is a television with DVD and access to British and European channels. A HI FI is also provided and a supply of CD’s, books and Games.

To the rear of the lounge is a large and luxurious kitchen that has been re-fitted to a very high standard in limed oak with granite work surfaces and stainless steel double sink. All the appliances are integrated and include; Gas Hob, Oven, Combination-Microwave, Large Fridge, Freezer, Washer and Dishwasher.

The owners have taken a pride in equipping the kitchen with all the usual needs such as Kettle Toaster and Iron/Ironing Board, plus many other items such as a cafeteria and garlic press etc. There is a large supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and kitchen utensils.

To the left of the lounge is Bedroom 4. With views out to the Pool and BBQ area this bedroom has pine furniture with a double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers. To the right of the lounge is a hallway which gives access to a separate cloakroom and the downstairs bathroom. The cloakroom is fully tiled and has a toilet and corner sink.
The bathroom is again fully tiled with WC, sink, cabinet and large shower area.

To the front is Bedroom 2 which has fantastic pool and sea views. This good sized room has new furniture with a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

To the rear is Bedroom 3 which is large in size and has view up to the pine clad hillside. This room is again newly refurnished with 2 single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A ‘Zed-Bed’ can also be provided for this room if needed.
The staircase leads from the hallway up to the luxury master bedroom suite on the first floor. This newly constructed suite offers fabulous sea views from the French doors which lead out onto a private and romantic balcony.
A large fully tiled en suite bathroom contains a WC, sink and large shower area.

Next to the bathroom is a walk in wardrobe and dressing area. The bedroom has a beautiful double bed and bedside cabinets with a dressing table and mirror. The view from the bed is enough to make you stay a while each morning as you enjoy your breakfast in bed!

All of the bed linen and towels have just been replaced and all areas refurnished. Every conceivable luxury has been provided to make this Villa a real home from home.

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a large covered Naya that provides a superb shaded area for al fresco summer dining. The views make this the best dining location in Moraira! There is an outside summer kitchen and BBQ area to the side of the terrace.
The large sun terraces are safely gated and fenced from the Villa to try and ensure that children are safe. The pool is 10m by 4m and has a shallow end of 1m in depth running down to 2m at the far end. The views from the terrace are superb.

There is a raised sun terrace to the left that offers a private sunbathing area just below the pine trees of the garden area. This maximizes the late afternoon sun all year round. To the rear of the Villa is a drying area and store room that contains all the pool and beach toys that the young and not so young will ever need. There are a range of luxury sun loungers chairs and tables.

Set among pine trees and with views out over Moraira village and Marina the villa is set above a quiet road and offers parking for 3 cars. There are orange groves across the road and unrivalled peace and quiet.

Less than two minutes in the car there are a number of shops bars and restaurants. There are numerous larger supermarkets all within 5 minutes. The spectacular seas edge bar ‘S’Algar’ is close by together with many fantastic restaurants that cater for all tastes. Because of the hillside location we strongly recommend a hire car although a good taxi service is available if needed. The villa is literally five minutes from the town yet offers unbelievable relaxation.
