Casa Milena is located in the quiet residential area of Beauna Vista 2km from the fishing village of Moraira with its many restaurants, stylish bars, excellent markets and quality shops.

Tennis courts within walking distance, golf courses and water sports, including scuba diving centres, jet skiing and sailing, are all easy to reach. Water parks and theme parks are no more than a half hour drive away.

Sea views from the spacious balcony for outdoor dining and the huge terrace area with table and chairs on both levels,around the 8x4m private pool with Roman steps down to a shallow end, perfect for smaller children

There's also a bar fridge pool side to keep the beers cold!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Visit the local vinyards or take a trip to historic Guadalest up in the mountains. Maybe check out the famous Tomate festival held near Valencia every year.
