About the home

This beautiful villa is situated just outside Javea with views to beautiful countryside. The lovely 8m x 4m private pool is a great place to cool off in the heat of the sun. The garden and terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the comfortable sun loungers (cushions provided) while soaking up the sun.

The villa is in a peaceful location and on a flat plot,other than steps from the entrance of the property from the road to the villa. Once at there the villa, garden and pool are all on the same level, making it ideal for children or people with walking difficulties, the main gate from the road can be locked.

The kitchen is modern c/w washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you would need. The beautiful lounge is stylish and comfortable with TV, DVD and UK TV. There are patio doors from the lounge / diner to the covered naya where you can enjoy dining.

Alfresco dining can be enjoyed day or night around the lovely pool with ample terracing and lighting including pool light. This makes al fresco dining in the evening a wonderful experience in the warm evenings.

The villa benefits from having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each bedroom is quite private as there is one either end of the living accommodation everything is on one level. The villa is ideal for family or friends who want to holiday together, but want the privacy of their own bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has bath and over head shower while the second bathroom has a shower cubicle, both have plenty of storage for toiletries.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, ample storage and both have patio doors leading onto the pool area. Both bedrooms have single beds which are pushed together but can be made up as 2 6ft beds or 4 single beds. All windows and doors have the traditional metal rejas so windows can be left open to allow air flow with peace of mind.

This is a beautiful villa, stylishly and lovingly furnished by the owners, as it is to be their retirement home in 2 years time. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with this villa.

Facilities

This lovely villa is light and modern with modern, comfortable furniture. It is all on one level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both rooms have super king size beds and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The two bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool area.

Ceiling fans have been fitted in both bedrooms, which help to keep the villa cool in the height of the summer, there are also traditional rejas fitted on all windows.

The villa has all modern conveniences such as dishwasher & washing machine.
Good quality linen is provided including bath towels, if your stay is for 2 weeks or more then the linen is changed at the end of the first week.

Further details outdoors:
The summer climate here in Spain is perfect for outdoor living and this villa is perfect for that. There is plenty of terracing around the pool for the all important sun lounger and 4 are provided. The garden has fruit trees and palm trees and the terrace are on one level.

A BBQ has been provided for al fresco dining and outside dining under the covered naya.

There is a lockable gate to the property so it is quite safe for children to wander around the garden.
It is really a lovely place to relax and have a wonderful holiday.

Comfortable stylish lounge

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Javea, Denia, Moraira, Altea and Calpe. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia.
The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant.
The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hour’s drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.

The Moraira / Benitachell area

Javea and Denia are located on the northern Costa Blanca; this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape.

Javea is a beautiful coastal resort just 6-10 minutes drive from the villa, it is a lovely town with a beautiful beach and also the old town and Port areas are great places to wonder around the windy street or sit outside one of the cafe bars and watch the world go by. It has many wonderful restaurants and shops in which to wonder, particularly in the old town and port. There are many little beach coves along the coast line you can take to and admire the rugged coastline while lazing on a small beach.

The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (20 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. It’s a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. Alternatively you can visit the local fish market and buy the catch of the day, return to the comfort of your own villa to BBQ, while enjoying a peaceful warm summer evenings...perfect.
In the main streets of Denia you will find some wonderful shops in which to browse.

Moraira is only 10 minutes away by car and again it is a lovely town with many restaurants, shops and beaches, so there is plenty of choice in this lovely area... you will not get bored.

It truly is a wonderful area, we fell in love with it 8 years ago and you could quite easily do the same.

“Home from Home” This beautiful villa was spotless, the pool was excellent and kept us all happy for hours especially our daughter. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. You do need a car to venture anywhere and if you like to socialise and have a drink one person always has to abstain. Or its a taxi ride.The only negative point was the lack of air conditioning in this property. There are ceiling fans in both the bedrooms, unfortunately, all they do is circulate the hot air.

“Get Air-conditioning” The area where the villas was very quiet which we liked, so you could relax. On arrival we found the villa to be well cleaned and everything that you would need. However, the shower cubicle does need updating and shower curtain replaced. We noticed the swimming pool could do with a bit of cleaning maintenance around the edges. The only other couple of things which should be addressed is having air-conditioning installed in the bedrooms and the TV stations sorted out. Response: The advert clearly states no air con installed and the rental rate reflects this.

Overall, we were extremely impressed not only with the property but the service we received. The service was truly exceptional both during the booking process and the holiday itself. The only issue we had was with a fan not working and this was resolved the same day.
