This very spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 very large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, the master bedroom also has the benifit of a second feed from the Sat TV system providing full TV service on the wall mounted flat screen TV. There are a further 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and the last bedroom - 1 double and 1 singe. (Sleeps a total of 9 people) There is a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room with pool views and a large fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout and Sat TV, DVD player and a large library of DVDs. There is off road parking for 3 cars and 2 separate entrances. This villa is perfect for a large family or 2 families wishing to holiday together. Situated in the Sabatera area of Moraira this property is idealy situated to take advantage of all that this area has to offer, for the more active it is possible to walk into Moraira village and to the beach in approx 20 minutes. For the less active it is a couple of minutes drive and there is a large free car par in the centre of Moraira.

Entry to the villa is via a small, gated courtyard which has a washing machine and clothes line. The front door leads into the hallway and the door to the large master bedroom is to the left of the front door and has double bed, fitted wardrobes, hot and cold air-conditioning unit, wall mounted flat screen TV, en suite bathroom and doors opening out on to the pool terrace.
Next to this is the 2nd bedroom with one double and one single bed and doors opening on to the pool terrace. The hallway then leads into the large open plan lounge and kitchen with separate large dining area. The dining area is down one step from the lounge and has large patio doors overlooking the pool and terrace. To the right of the dining room is a second entrance to the property and a separate guest toilet. The fully fitted kitchen is American style with breakfast bar facing into the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and ample crockery and utensils for 8 people. The large comfortable lounge has sofas, armchair, coffee table, T.V with DVD player and a hot and cold air-conditioning unit. From the lounge via another door are the two further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. Located between these two bedrooms is the family shower room. The property is tastefully furnished to a modern style.
Further details outdoors:
Fabulous flat plot with off road parking for 3 cars and 2 separate entrances. This property has children's security in mind - the exceptionally large swimming pool 5 x 12 and slide is completely fenced with safety fencing and lockable gates. There is outside seating for 8 on the terrace by the pool and further seating up on the extremely large roof terrace which has glorious views. The property benefits from sun all day long. The gardens are laid to gravel with a mixture of shrubs plants and the national tree of Spain.... the carob tree. There is a small terrace area to the side of the villa which has a table tennis table.
Conditions
A deposit of 15% is required at the time of booking, at this time you will also be required to pay the departure clean and linen costs, details below. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 250 Euros, this will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday if the /villa is handed back in the same condition as at the commencement of the stay. Payment by credit cards are subject to a charge of 1.5%.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava nor is it as hot and humid in the summer as the Costa del Sol. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the WHO. The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves many of which have the coverted European Blue Flag.
The northern Costa Blanca is mountainous, green and lush - a wonderful place to spend your holidays. Moraira is a small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the northern Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. It has an impressive marina, various shops, weekly markets, numerous eating places and harbour side fish restaurants and bars.
The Moraira / La Sabatera area
MORAIRA
Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe. There is now an impressive marina packed with yachts and a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy the tastes of visitors and residents alike. Strict planning laws have prevented the building of high rise hotel and apartment blocks which has resulted in Moraira retaining the charm of its fishing village heritage and sets it apart from other Costa Blanca resorts.
DENIA and JAVEA
Dénia is a coastal city located to the north of the province of Alicante and has a 20-kilometre coastline, made of small, beautiful coves. To the north there are the fine sandy beaches of Les Marines and Les Bovetes and the shingle beaches of Les Deveses and L' Almadrava beaches, which are craggy and rocky; to the south is the Les Rotes beach. Though the beaches are long, they are not enormous and generally appeal to family-type tourism. A picturesque town 20 minutes drive from the apartment through the Montgo National Park, Javea has much to offer. Spread out over a large area, there are coves to discover, cultural and historical sites and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes.
CALPE
Calpe Under the attentive gaze of the highest cliff on the Mediterranean, the Peñón de Ifach, Calpe has grown on both sides of the Great Rock, symbol and image of the Costa Blanca. It has been a tourist destination since the 30s due, especially, to the quality of its beaches, their fine sand and the cleanliness of their waters. The municipality preserves vestiges of the past in its old town, and curiosities such as the ruins of the Baños de la Reina, and some abandoned salt mines. Its fishing port is full of vitality, where restaurants serve the local fish and seafood.

Moraira is an easy drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the Motorway AP7 exsiting at junction 63. Most of the low cost airlines fly into these airports, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, BMI Baby and many more. Ideally collect a hire car at the airport, it is recommended to get the best from your stay and drive to the villa, alternatively you can take a taxi, this will cost approx 90€ to 100€ one way. Please note the motorway is a toll road so expect to collect a ticket from the booth when you join the AP7 and pay the toll on exiting the motorway, the toll is between 5€ and 10€ depending on the season.
