The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava nor is it as hot and humid in the summer as the Costa del Sol. MORAIRA
Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe. There is now an impressive marina packed with yachts and a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy the tastes of visitors and residents alike. Strict planning laws have prevented the building of high rise hotel and apartment blocks which has resulted in Moraira retaining the charm of its fishing village heritage and sets it apart from other Costa Blanca resorts.
DENIA and JAVEA
Dénia is a coastal city located to the north of the province of Alicante and has a 20-kilometre coastline, made of small, beautiful coves. To the north there are the fine sandy beaches of Les Marines and Les Bovetes and the shingle beaches of Les Deveses and L' Almadrava beaches, which are craggy and rocky; to the south is the Les Rotes beach. Though the beaches are long, they are not enormous and generally appeal to family-type tourism. A picturesque town 20 minutes drive from the apartment through the Montgo National Park, Javea has much to offer. Spread out over a large area, there are coves to discover, cultural and historical sites and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes.
CALPE
Calpe Under the attentive gaze of the highest cliff on the Mediterranean, the Peñón de Ifach, Calpe has grown on both sides of the Great Rock, symbol and image of the Costa Blanca. It has been a tourist destination since the 30s due, especially, to the quality of its beaches, their fine sand and the cleanliness of their waters. The municipality preserves vestiges of the past in its old town, and curiosities such as the ruins of the Baños de la Reina, and some abandoned salt mines. Its fishing port is full of vitality, where restaurants serve the local fish and seafood.

Description A modern and pretty detached 4 bedroom villa with private swimming pool on one level with a flat terrace and garden. It is ideal for families with young children as the pool has a security fence. The house is exceptionally spacious and could, due to the layout, provide accommodation for two families.
Entry to the villa is via a front door which leads directly into the hallway. Off the hall way is the utility room which has a washing machine and clothes line. The door to the master bedroom is to the left of the front door and has double bed, fitted wardrobes, hot and cold air-conditioning unit, en suite bathroom and doors opening out on to the pool terrace. Next to this is the 2nd bedroom with one double and one single bed and doors opening on to the pool terrace. The hallway then leads into the large open plan lounge and kitchen with separate large dining area. The dining area is down one step from the lounge and has large patio doors overlooking the pool and terrace. To the rear of the dining room is a second entrance to the property and a separate guest toilet. The fully fitted kitchen is American style with breakfast bar facing into the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and ample crockery and utensils for 8 people. The large comfortable lounge has sofas, armchair, coffee table, T.V with DVD player and a hot and cold air-conditioning unit. From the lounge via another door are the two further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. Located between these two bedrooms is the family shower room. The property is tastefully furnished to a modern style.
Outside there is a large terrace area which has security fencing surrounding the pool, there is also a pool slide, sunbeds, patio table and chairs, outdoor table tennis and outside kitchen area with BBQ which is perfect for al fresco dining.
The villa and garden is completely walled for privacy and has 2 spacious gated private driveways.
