Up two flights of steps and then in through a lockable gate onto a large terrace to the front of property. From here doors leading directly into large open plan living dining area. Fully fitted American style kitchen to the left complete with breakfast bar overlooking the lounge area.
Spanish TV with a DVD player and open fire compliment the lounge area which has several sofas and can comfortably seat 4. Separate dining are off to the rear of this room also seating 4. Down the corridor are 2 double size bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 twins, and then there is 1 family bathroom complete with bath and shower overhead.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures.
