The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava nor is it as hot and humid in the summer as the Costa del Sol. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the WHO. The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves many of which have the coverted European Blue Flag.
The northern Costa Blanca is mountainous, green and lush - a wonderful place to spend your holidays. Moraira is a small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the northern Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. It has an impressive marina, various shops, weekly markets, numerous eating places and harbour side fish restaurants and bars.

MORAIRA
Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe. There is now an impressive marina packed with yachts and a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy the tastes of visitors and residents alike. Strict planning laws have prevented the building of high rise hotel and apartment blocks which has resulted in Moraira retaining the charm of its fishing village heritage and sets it apart from other Costa Blanca resorts.
DENIA and JAVEA
Dénia is a coastal city located to the north of the province of Alicante and has a 20-kilometre coastline, made of small, beautiful coves. To the north there are the fine sandy beaches of Les Marines and Les Bovetes and the shingle beaches of Les Deveses and L' Almadrava beaches, which are craggy and rocky; to the south is the Les Rotes beach. Though the beaches are long, they are not enormous and generally appeal to family-type tourism. A picturesque town 20 minutes drive from the apartment through the Montgo National Park, Javea has much to offer. Spread out over a large area, there are coves to discover, cultural and historical sites and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes.
CALPE
Calpe Under the attentive gaze of the highest cliff on the Mediterranean, the Peñón de Ifach, Calpe has grown on both sides of the Great Rock, symbol and image of the Costa Blanca. It has been a tourist destination since the 30s due, especially, to the quality of its beaches, their fine sand and the cleanliness of their waters. The municipality preserves vestiges of the past in its old town, and curiosities such as the ruins of the Baños de la Reina, and some abandoned salt mines. Its fishing port is full of vitality, where restaurants serve the local fish and seafood.
How to get there
Most budget airlines from all over europe fly into either Alicante or Valencia so this is an ideal location for holiday or longer term winter breaks.

Further details indoors: There are 5 good size bedrooms each with double beds, 2 large and spacious, modern luxury shower rooms with open walk in showers and a separate cloakroom.
The kitchen is modern and bright with a full range of fitted cupboards washing machine, dishwasher, elkectric oven and gas hob.
There is hot and cold air con to the lounge and master bedroom all other rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The lounge and separate dining area both have adequate seating for 10 people and very comfortable furniture.
From the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms are doors leading directly onto the balcony and large private terrace. From here there are sea views towards Calpe rock and the sea,outside seating and BBQ.
Further details outdoors: This villa has a wonderful garden, mainly laid with gravel, many trees and shrubs. As holiday makers in the upper level you have your own private garden area and SOLE use of the swimming pool.
There are numerous different seating areas around the garden. On the upper level itself leading from the lounge and bedrooms is a large 40m2 terrace with sea views patio tables and chairs and BBQ area.
A delightful setting for holidays and longer term rentals.
