Beautiful 4 bedroom traditional villa located in a peaceful location on a large private plot only minutes from the beach at Baladrar on the Moraira-Calpe coastline. This villa has private off-road parking and 2 separate driveway entrances. It is very private and not overlooked and ideal for small families or couples. All amenities are no more than 10 mins drive away as the villa is located approx half-way between Moraira and Calpe on the picturesque Benissa Coastline where you will find several private and secluded beaches. The villa is located on 2 levels with entrances on both. There are 3 double bedrooms on the upper level which adjoin the lounge area. There is another single bedroom on the lower level. Both levels are connected by a staircase.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful Costa Blanca or 'White Coast', famous for its abundance of oranges and lemons, olive and almond trees, beautiful picturesque mountain ranges and of course the clear blue Mediterranean. The Northern Costa Blanca is relatively unknown, definitely unspoilt and is very green due to the pine forestation and the slightly higher than average winter rains. Average temp is the summer is 30C deg while in the off-season it's still possible to tan yourself on one the area's many attractive beaches. You won't be disappointed. The whole area is beautiful.
Moraira / Baladrar area
And this coastline know locally as the Benissa coastline offers the most pictureque coastal drive in the area. This attractive road winds peacefully all the way from Calpe through Las Bassettes and its marina, passed La Fustera and it's popular beach all the way to the villa and then onto Moraira passing numerous beaches, bars and restaurants along the way. Basically, it's green, it's blue and it's beautiful.

Closest airports are Alicante and Valencia (approx 1hr and 1hr 30 mins away respectively). Most of the no frills airlines fly to Alicante although we like www.flymonarch.com.
