A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air conditioned villa in a quiet location less than a 10 minute walk to Moraira town centre and beach.

The house is bright and stylishly decorated with modern appliances including the television with UK channels BBC, ITV, C4 etc and Sky channels inc. Sky Sports and Sky movies. There is also a dvd 'player with a good selection of recent movies + an ipod docking station. All 3 bedrooms are accessed from a short corridor just off the main dining area, one of these bedrooms has a large en suite bathroom. The rest of the house has an open plan theme and an American style kitchen complete with large utility room and a brand new washing machine.

This house offers you a holiday in the best location possible. The walk to the centre is mostly paved and well lit. Casa Tia is not located on a large hill and so the walk back is easy and pleasant. The town centre spoils you with a generous selection of restaurants with something for everyone. A new family restaurant and bar can be found in the next street to the house. That's if you want to leave the house! Casa Tia is well equipped to give you everything you need to enjoy your holiday, there is a purpose built bbq house on the poolside with a built in sink, work area and wine cooler.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

The Alicante region has plenty of activities ranging from the higher paced hang gliding, quad biking, mountain climbing and go-karting to more relaxing pastimes such as horse riding, fishing, hiking through the plentiful forests and mountains and relaxing on the world renowned Costa Blanca region. The climate is warm, being dominated by the Mediterranean but is drier and warmer in summer, and slightly wetter and colder in winter due to the mountain ranged dominating the inland areas.

Moraira

Our property is located in Moraira, which is known as 'The Jewel of the costa blanca'. Moraira is a small coastal town in the La Marina Alta region of Alicante known for its unspoilt nature as a traditional fishing village and Muscatel vineyards. The area is stunning with 8km of beautiful coastline backed by mountains.

Moraira has an amazing array of restaurants, which all get together in December to organize a Gourmet week with international chefs, show cookings etc.

The best fiestas are July 15th and 16th, music and the most spectacular fireworks you could ever hope to see!

Thank you for your review of Casa Tia. I would just like to clarify a few of the points made. We work hard to make sure the villa is advertised properly and facilities, features etc. are correctly set out. Casa Tia is listed as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property - so it did confuse me that you would list 'only 2 bathrooms' as a con. What the bathroom consists of is found in the bathroom section of the listing. The pictures are taken with my own Canon compact camera and not edited in anyway. Your comment that photos are 'well taken' is in contrast to the typical comments I receive that the photographs do not do the villa justice.
No where in Moraira can be described as built up due to our rather strict council. The house is not in the campo, it is in a peaceful, residential location very close to town. It is completely surrounded by its gardens and there are at least 20 metres between it and the neighbouring villa.
The pool is an 8x4 which is the average size for a pool in a villa with less than 6 bedrooms.
The beds are from the Calpe Bed Centre and are imported. It is the store all ex-pats go to to purchase the best beds and linen. They are not cheap and far from basic.
The pool is a little overlooked by the upstairs balcony of the house to the left of the villa. This house is owned by a French family who are barely there. It is unlucky you were holidaying at the same time.
In the arrival information given, we do explain that as you drive into the property it is best approached from the left side with zero problems. The right hand side of the drive can be tricky to master with your car. We advise all guests to read our helpful arrival information.

Casa Tia is a wonderful holiday villa very well maintained by its owners who visit 3 to 4 times every year. The location is very hard to beat and the walk to the town centre is well paved and well lit.
Of all the Rental Villas I manage, Casa Tia enjoys the highest number of return guests. Due to high demand for this villa, we are unable to discount weeks for repeat customers. The fact they still choose to return to this villa year after year, in itself speaks volumes.
