The lower floor has a twin bedroom and bathroom and a very large games room which offers additional sleeping facilities if required. This leads to a covered shaded terrace with table and chairs and the pool area. The villa is walking distace to a supermarket and several local bars and restaurants and less than 5 minutes drive to the beach and Moraira town.

Moraira is a beautiful,small coastal town with a cosmopolitan feel.Amongst the narrow cobbled streets there is a great choice of restaurants,cafés bars & shops.The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day.There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering watersports,a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira.There is an open air market held every Friday.Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year & average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.
