Casa Nina Apartment is situated in the very quiet, popular residential area of Buenavista, not far from the coast road which takes 10 minutes to the towns of Moraira and Calpe. The old town of Benissa is 15 minutes away over the mountain roads and the Jalon Valley where the local wine is produced is only 25 minutes. There are numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets along the coast road which are minutes away by car.
The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people and is an ideal spot for exploring the lovely beaches in the area. The private pool, patio and barbecue area exclusive to guests during their stay, is great for relaxing after a day out and is not overlooked.
Casa Nina apartment is below the owners villa and has it's own entrance from the road for privacy.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca area between Alicante and Valencia has one of the best coastlines. It has some lovely beaches and historical villages. The Jalon Valley region is well known for its wine-making and the area has some lovely small traditional Spanish villages. This part of Spain also has the advantage of being recommended by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest places to live because of its climate. Mild temperatures in the winter make it an ideal location for short breaks and high temperatures in the summer make it great for holidays.
Moraira / Buenavista Benissa area
The coastline between Moraira and Calpe is very picturesque. The up and coming resort of Moraira, once a small fishing village has lost none of its charm. It has grown into a lively modern town with lovely beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. It is ideal for all ages.
There are plenty of activities in the area, ranging from watersports, snorkelling, walking, horse riding, golf, fishing, to name but a few. Terra Mitica theme park is located approximately 30 minutes drive and Aqualandia water park and Mundomar sea life park are within half an hour also. Guadalest, a very old village inland high up in the mountains is an interesting place to visit and takes approximately 45 minutes. Another 'must' to visit whilst in the area, is Benidorm Palace, a dinner/show venue where you can have a meal and see a fabulous show. This is around 30 minutes by car. Viva Espana another dinner/show venue is also well worth the visit, this is situated at Oliva around 45 minutes north of Moraira.
How to get there
Most budget airlines, Easyjet, Ryanair etc. fly into Alicante and Valencia airports.
Alicante airport is one hour from the Moraira/Buenavista area and Valencia airport is approximately one and a quarter hours away.
Car hire is recommended.

Further details indoors: THE APARTMENT IS SELF-CONTAINED WITH IT'S OWN ENTRANCE FROM THE ROAD AND IS SEPARATE FROM THE MAIN VILLA ABOVE.
It has the added advantage of a naya (covered outside eating area). The lounge/dining area and double bedroom both have ceiling fans for the summer months. There is also English Satellite TV with stations including BBC and ITV and also Wi-fi internet access. Also in the apartment there are a large selection of books, board games, Video and DVD's. There is a separate laundry room housing a washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner and sink.
Further details outdoors: There is a private pool and patio with table, chairs and sunloungers. A brick built traditional barbecue is also a feature of this area. The pool, patio and barbecue is for exclusive use by guests during their stay. The garden/pool area is surrounded by fruit trees and hedges for privacy and has the sun all through the day.
Parking is available on the quiet road outside the apartment entrance.
Further details
There is a welcome pack provided on arrival to include tea, coffee, water, bread, butter, milk, wine etc. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are also provided.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid on arrival.
Although smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself, it would be allowed outside the apartment under the covered naya.
