Home description

This is a newly built and furnished airconditioned apartment providing uninterrupted sea views. Sleeps 4/5 (2 bedrooms). Shared infinity pool which cascades in three tiers over this spectacular mountain setting. A location in which to chill out but with the added advantage of all amenities within a short drive. Large 20sqm terrace on which to relax (sun loungers provided).

The small private beach (literally 2 minutes in the car ) in summer months provides a beach bar serving snacks and on the mountain amenities such as a bank, restaurant/bar, supermarket are all available. For the more adventurous horseriding. Moraira, Javea and Denia are all a short drive away and well worth visiting. Regular markets are held and Denia has an evening market selling everything from jewellery to leather handbags.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This region has been approved by the World Health Organisation as having one of the best climates. Travelling from the south the area is noticeably greener and the coastline is both breathtaking and interesting.

Within the area is something for everyone from golfing, markets , watersports, horseriding or just chill out and watch the view.


Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area

Numerous festivals are held in the villages and towns of this region of costa blanca. Perhaps the Moors and Christians being the most well known of these. Whilst festivals are held throughout the year at Christmas the celebration of the Three Kings is especially welcomed by the children. On various beaches along the coast the three kings visit and give sweets to the children.

Public transport is good in this area and it is possible to travel by train or bus to the livelier resort of Benidorm with its beautiful beaches and numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Possibly the largest market is held here on both a Wednesday and Sunday.

For those who enjoy golf Javea Golf Club is approximately a 10 minute drive away.
La Sella Golf Course is approximately a 20 minutes drive.
Oliva Nova Golf Club is approximately a 30 minutes drive.
Real de Faula Golf Club is approximately a 30 minute drive.
El Saler Golf Club is approximately a 50 minute drive.

Daily boat trips are available along the coastline from Denia and it is possible to stop and explore Javea or Calpe by going on this trip. From Benidorm regular boats travel across to Peacock Island and for those who really enjoy the water, watersking is available in Benidorm, for the less adventurous sit back and watch from the beach or one of the numerous cafes or bars.

Both Valencia and Alicante Airports are vertually equal distance from this property and budget fares are often available. Ryanair, easyjet and bmi baby are the airlines that we use. Ofen we may travel into one airport and travel out of the other which can give greater savings.

This is a modern apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the coastline. On a clear day it is possible to see Ibiza. Whilst a car is needed because of the mountain setting all amenities are within a very short drive.

The apartment is south facing and loungers are available for those who enjoy sunbathing. A table and chairs on the 20 sqm balcony provide a good place to enjoy breakfast and chill out.

Due to the location of the apartment and the steps in our opinion this apartment is not suitable for very small children or those with mobility problems. Towels and linen are included within the weekly charge and are changed weekly. (Beach Towels are not provided).
