Villa Flores Too is located just five minutes’ walk from a small shopping area, on the outskirts of Moraira village. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes drive from the beach and shops in Moraira, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including excellent supermarkets with a choice of locale fare for eating in, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with steps into the shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the dining room is a large terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco or just relax and enjoy the view. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Moraira is in easy reach of Valencia with its Hemesferic and Science museum. Wander round the old part of Valencia and enjoy tapas at a street café, or explore the America's Cup Port - home to the 2008 European F1 Grand Prix and the 2009 America's cup. Enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port. Take the kids to Terra Mitica or Aqualandia for the day, in Benidorm, just half hours drive away.
Moraira area
Moraira was once the sleepy fishing port for Teulada. Now it is a delightful holiday resort. Careful town planning has put a stop to high rise buildings, and the surrounding hills are dotted with whitewashed villas. Moraira’s two fine sandy beaches at Portet and Ampolla are complemented by numerous rocky coves where snorkelling is a delight. In the evening wander around the village and port or spend a Friday morning browsing through the stalls at the weekly open-air market. Restaurants and bars of all types abound in and around Moraira, and Jávea to the north or Calpe to the south are just a few minutes drive away. Our villas here are all located in residential areas in the surrounding hills.

Further details indoors: The villa is on two levels with the main living area and two bedrooms upstairs, and a separate apartment with bedroom and shower room downstairs. Entrance to the villa is through a small entrance hall that opens into a spacious lounge. The lounge is bright, comfortably furnished and has air conditioning available. An archway goes through into the dining room with an adjoining well equipped American style kitchen, including dishwasher. A passage from the other side of the dining room leads to two twin bedded bedrooms, both with air conditioning available. One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room and there is also a separate family bathroom. Glazed doors from the dining room open onto an arched covered terrace from which there are views to the sea in the distance. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and also has a roll-out awning, making it the perfect spot for al fresco meals and relaxing with a book. The spacious self-contained annexe, ideal for two people, is situated round the corner from the pool terrace and has a separate external entrance. It has a sitting room, kitchenette equipped with 4 burner hob, fridge, washing machine and sink, a bedroom with twin beds and air-conditioning and a shower room. It is ideal for teenagers who want a bit of space or for a couple who want their own independence while enjoying their holiday. This apartment is not let out separately from the main accommodation.
Further details outdoors: The private swimming pool with its paved surround is the perfect area to enjoy the sun, relaxing on the sunloungers. The pool has steps in to the shallow end, a huge bonus for weak swimmers and children alike. The pool terrace is partially screened by walls to give more seclusion around the pool area whilst maintaining the lovely open views to the coast. The pretty garden features Mediterranean plants and shrubs and the whole plot is fenced, walled and gated for added privacy.
