Home description

Casa Capricho is a large privately owned villa. Situated in a quiet cul de sac in Club Moraira, Moraira. It has a large private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres. It is ideal for family holidays as the accommodation is in one villa but having a separate apartment. Approx 1 km from the L'Ampolla beach, town centre and main shopping area. It has views across to the sea andmountains. South facing. The upper part of the villa comprises 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, en-suite shower room, large living area with sitting dining room. Good sized, fully equipped american style kitchen. Naya with patio table and chairs. . Private pool in its own grounds. Sunbathing terraces, car parking and gardens. In the apartment is a siting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.

The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.

Benidorm is about 25 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park. Also Benidorm Palace. Jalon Valley is 20 minutes away and worth a visit ot sample the wine.


Moraira / Club Moraira area

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community.

Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.

There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet from the town centre.

In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.


How to get there

Easy Jet. Bmi-baby, Thomsonfly, Monarch airways. First choice and Ryan air all fly to Alicante,

Some fly to Valencia.

Ferries from Plymounth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao.Euro tunnel to Calais.

The upper part of the villa. It has a large sitting/dining room with wood burning fire, Satellite TV, DVD etc. Patio doors to the Naya eating terrace with views of to the sea and Cap d'or. American style kitchen with all mod cons, i.e. cooker, microwave, kettle toaster etc. There is a washing machine Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and family bathroom with the washing machine. Downstairs to the apartment having sitting area and kitchen, with fridge, microwave, kettle toaster and small cooker. A kingsize bedroom and twins bedroom. There is also a shower room.

Central Heating All linen and towels provided. Not beach towels.

The pool is 10 x 5 mtres. At it's shallowest it is 1.17 x 1.98 at the deepest.

Linen changed mid week on bookings of 2 weeks or more.

All heating and cleaning charges are included. Air con is also included up to and agreed amount. Any extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged but is an extra charge.
