Cumbre Del Sol is a high quality maturing development of private villas & apartments situated on the south facing side of a prominent & large headland, giving superb views and cool sea breezes on hot summer nights.
Cumbre Del Sol is perfectly situated for access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 10 minutes from Moraira and Javea only 15 minutes drive. The more busy cosmopolitan towns of Calpe and Denia are approx 30 minutes drive.

From the front door is a large shower room to the right and master bedroom to the left. Then you enter into the lounge/dining room, which is comfortably furnished. The American style kitchen has a breakfast bar overlooking the dining area. From the lounge are patio doors leading onto a westerly facing balcony with a patio table, chairs and sun loungers. There is air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom.

Within the apartment complex there are two private shared infinity pools, with extensive terracing, with showers and a bar area. A commercial centre with shops, restaurants and is within 2 minute drive and the dramatic Moraig beach of Cumbre Del Sol is just 5 minutes drive away.
Outside: 2 communal pools with extensive sun terraces, pool snack bar in summer season. Apartment has a terrace , entered via patio doors from the lounge area. Good views to the surrounding mountains. Westerly orientation so perfect for evening sun sets.

Conditions
A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking, at this time you will also be required to pay the departure clean and linen costs, details below. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 150 Euros, this will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday if the apartment/villa is handed back in the same condition as at the commencement of the stay. Payment by credit cards are subject to a 1.5% surcharge.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as with the Costa Brava or north of Costa Blanca. Niether is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures.
The climate is recognised as being one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Many people with arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.
The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing. The northern Costa Blanca is typically mountainous with cliffs and coves, a mixture of pebble beaches and fine sandy beaches. North of Altea it is surprisingly very green and lush.
The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Cumbre del Sol is a mountain area over looking the sea and is slightly north of Moraira. Moraira is a small coastal town, situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and. unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore.
Moraira has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.
Jávea another nearby coastal town is much larger than Moraira and has 3 distinct areas. The Arenal a horseshoe shaped beach, the Port and the Old Town.
Recreation in the area is more than adequately catered for with luxury marinas, nightlife, golf, water sports, and restaurants. Good food is essential to the Costa Blanca North way of life. Every taste is catered for and this region had gained a reputation for exceptional cuisine. Northern Costa Blanca has a diversity that has captured the hearts of many. The hustle & bustle and drama of the coast sits in with the complete contrast of the tranquillity and tradition of the countryside just a few kilometres inland. This quality of life is incomparable in Europe.

Moraira is an easy drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the Motorway AP7 existing at junction 63. Most of the low cost airlines fly into these airports, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, BMI Baby and many more.
Ideally collect a hire car at the airport, it is recommended to get the best from your stay and drive to the apartment, alternatively you can take a taxi, this will cost approx 90€ to 100€ one way.
Please note the motorway is a toll road so expect to collect a ticket from the booth when you join the AP7 and pay the toll on exiting the motorway, the toll is between 5€ and 10€ depending on the season.
