Casa rosa is situated on an established urbanisation aprox 1.5 km. from bars ,restaurants and supermarkets. There are a number of small coves along the coast line between the towns of Moraira and Calpe,most of these coves have seasonal cafe's or bar restaurants, ( well worth a short drive to explor How about hiring a Quad bike or scooter or may be go scuba diving. All possible here Both Moraira and Calpe have plenty of things to do,both on the beaches and promenades.We have all types of food outlets including English FISH and CHIPS.We are aprox 25 mins drive from the popular resort of Benidorm,( just far enough away to get peace and quite if you want it).Benidorm has its Waterpark /dolphin park and tera mitica theme park, as well as miles of golden sand beaches.The nightlife of Benidorm is second to none.There are a number of excellent golf clubs in the locality too.
Moraira has an outdoor market on fridays for you to get all your bargains to take home.You will also have the benifit of a large patio area with views across the valley, which gets the early morning rising sun into your lounge windows. so you can eat your breakfast in the sunshine we are also very close to a golf coarse.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has a good all year climate ,which is reputed to be very good for people with arthritis and chest problems, we are told it is one of the healthiest places in the world to live.Many of the beaches have the covated blue flag award, which indicates that they are clean and have safe bathing.There are many tiny coves along the coast, many of which cater for food and drinks.
Inland there are many typical Spanish towns, all of which hold street markets .Many of these towns and villages are of historical interest.In general this area of Spain is very green and has lovely shrubs and flowers at various times of the year.
Moraira / Montimar area
Moraira is a relatively modern town ,with modern shops alongside traditional Spanish shops.Moraira has a historical past ,which can be seen in the buildings of the old town ,adjacent to the very busy marina with its yachts and motor cruisers.
There are also very large fish in the inner waters which jump out of the water to feed on bread thrown by visitors. Fishing ,unfortunately is not permited in the marina itself, But sea fishing is very good in this part of the Costa Blanca.
The area of El Portet is also an historic old village with its quaint promenade around the small cove.Many famous people are reputed to live in this area.

Further details indoors: The studio lounge and bedroom have no cooking facilities and are for sleeping for parties of six only. Parties of four or less will be given the main apartment. We have two bbq facilites here , gas and charcoal which are housed within a garden kitchen, close to the pool area.
We will supply a cot and high chair if required for the younger families( Children under two years old will not be charged for ) but special rates for children under 8 years will be negotiated at the time of booking.
Further details outdoors: Pool has an adjacent lawn area close to the outside kitchen with BBQ, The pool area has locked gates to protect your children from access when you are not with them, the pool has a shallow end for the younger children and there are a number of pool toys and sun loungers with plenty of shade to get out of the hot summer sun,( if you have to) we also have a large walk in shower for you to cool off in before your swim. Quads, Scooters Mopeds , Motorbikes can be hired in town. Or learn to Scuba dive. Bicycles can be hired in Moraira and there jet skie facilities on the main harbour sea front. there is also a very good marina with water front restaurants. Plenty of seafood and Spanish dishes for you to try there are also many good country walks with spectacular views

Bed Linens and towels provided. (Beach towels are not provided) A laundry room is availiable if req. You will be responsible for ensuring that all members of you holiday party are covered by your own travel insurance. for medical and lost personal goods.
Conditions
25% deposit required on booking, balance paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday date. Plus refundable breakages deposit OF 250 EURO has to be included and will be returned within 7 days of satisfactory inventory check.
