This villa is situated in the coastal area of Benissa called Fanadix. This area is right in the middle between Moraira and Calpe. It is a wonderful rustical villa with panoramic sea views. It is beautifully updated to modern standards without losing it's traditional Spanish character. From the living room, dining room and all the terraces you benefit from panoramic views over the sea from Moraira to Calpe. It is a safe and secure property being fully surrounded by walls and gates.
The large pool offers the perfect location for cooling down from the burning Spanish sunshine and there are sunloungers ideal for sunbathing and topping up your tan. There is a seating area overlooking the pool with a BBQ perfect for al-fresco dining and entertaining family and friends with an evening rustic meal. The villa is set within beautiful surroundings with wonderful plants and little interesting tit bits throughout the grounds. The inside is large with plenty of space for eveyrone to be able to have their own time alone. The terraces offer fantastic views to enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine taking in the tranquil setting and enjoying the sunsets together.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Fanadix is one of the coastal area's of Benissa. This area and therefore this villa is situated at the coast between Moraira and Calpe. Moraira is regarded as one of the top holiday locations on the Costa Blanca. It benefits from many shops, bars and restaurants that serve a full range of international cuisine. The church, squares, beautiful marina fabulous views and landscapes make it a top holiday choice. Everything you need is here, all within walking distance so you don’t even need a car! The coastline is not linear so interesting coves and sandy beaches can be discovered. The all year round sunny weather makes it an ideal choice regardless of when you come.

Golf and other Features
We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 10 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 65). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) new course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) & south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler.
OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park; website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing in this beautiful city.
