Villa Baker is a modern bright well appointed holiday home furnished in a contemporary style.
The first floor consists of the main living area with three modern leather sofas,oak furniture and tasteful decor.
Leading off the living room is a bright clean kitchen,one large double bedroom (two single beds ),one single bedroom and a large bathroom with walk in shower.
The living room leads directly out onto a covered balcony and eating area where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent sea and mountain views .On the same level is a newly built bespoke barbeque.
The ground floor has recently been completely refurbished and consists of a large double bedroom (two single beds ) a single bedroom,large modern bathroom with walk in shower and a small kitchenette to compliment the main kitchen.
Moraira and the surrounding areas have something for everyone,Including beautiful clean beaches, an award winning marina , a wide selection of good quality restaurants, bars and shops.There are facilities for fishing and all watersports within easy reach.Twenty minutes inland you will find traditional Spanish villages to explore with countryside walks.
Three quality golf courses can be reached within thirty minutes.

If you wish to book Villa Baker we require a 30% deposit with the balance to be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.
We require a refundable security deposit of 300 euros to cover any potential damage/accidents, payable to the owner in the form of a separate cheque that will be returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This area of the Costa Blanca is blessed with a micro-climate that tends to keep a very even temperature range for 9 months of the year. The rock of Iffach 3km away and viewed from the veranda is a very important land mark in Spain, similar to Land's End in the UK. It is possible to walk up the rock in about 2 hours and the views are spectacular. The atmosphere in the area is very similar to the south of France with the coast road hugging the sea and no buildings over 2 storeys high are allowed . Valencia and Alicante are well worth a day's visit and inland the Jalon valley hosts large markets which are a must for antique hunters.
The Moraira area
During the summer months there are many festivals in Moraira as villages compete to have bigger and better fiestas and magnificent firework displays. Inland there is the mountain top monastery at Gudalest, and 20 kilometres away is the waterpark at Altea.

Ryanair, Easy jet, Bmi baby, Fly thomson ,Flybe all fly into Alicante and Ryanair fly to Valencia .Both airports are around 55 minutes from the property via good motorway links .With a very easy route to the property.
Car hire is very fairly priced we would recommend a Spanish owned company as they have more staff better parking and generally are cheaper than the multinationals with no loss of quality. Some examples are Solmar, Europacar, Record .We regularly use a car hire broker called Carjet and have always been very happy with the cost and service.
