This attractive, single storey villa is situated in the urbanisation of Tabaira, some 2 km from Moraira village and beaches, and within an easy walk (200 mts) of the nearest supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants of the Tabaira centre.
The house has been constructed on an almost level plot of just under quarter of an acre that is both walled and gated. It is surrounded by a mature, well maintained garden planted with a variety of mature palm and citrus trees – grapefruit, lemon and orange – plus many flowering plants and shrubs which provide a high degree of privacy around the pool and sitting areas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's favourite holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, scenery, interesting towns and its friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area, throughout the year, from most European cities.
The area offers plenty to see and do. The bustling coastal towns of Altea and Calpe to the south, Javea and Denia to the north are well worth a visit and situated only approximately half an hour's drive from the villa. Benidorm is around a 40 minutes' drive away. Here you will find a number of great activities for children (and adults), including Terramitica (Spain's answer to Disneyland), Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Marine Park (sea world). Valencia City is well worth a visit to see the City of Arts and Sciences and the spectacular aquarium 'Oceanografic'.
Moraira / Tabaira area
Moraira is one of the most attractive and prestigious holiday resorts of the northern Costa Blanca. It is set in a large bay, with a soft sandy beach and breathtaking coastal views. Development has been very strictly controlled and so the village has retained much of its original charm and character. This, now vibrant and cosmopolitan, holiday centre offers a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainments that are sure to suit all age groups and tastes.
Moraira developed as the fishing port for Teulada, and both the lookout tower (Torre-vigia) on Cap d'Or overlooking Moraira's El Portet beach, and the Castle are reminders of the past. The village has four beaches, each very different in character from the others. The beach of El Portet is the northernmost of these, situated in a sheltered bay; quiet, with clear water and a gently sloping seabed, it is ideal for children and safe for swimming. The town beach is a large sandy beach with a play area, beach bar and restaurant. Platgetes is smaller, quieter and part sand / part rock; the fourth beach, L'Andrago is composed of a mix of boulders and pebbles and is ideal for snorkelling. Both north and south of Moraira are many secluded bays and small coves that are well worth exploring. Calpe - approx 15 minutes' drive - has a long sandy beach that is usually busy in high season.
Many other types of recreational facilities are available locally: tennis, squash, go-karting, surfing and wind surfing, small boat and jet-ski hire, water skiing, scuba diving, also horse riding and cycling.
There are also 4 excellent golf courses in the area: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa are Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and San Jaime Golf Club situated between Moraira and Calpe. Both are open all year round and comprise 9 holes. The courses are easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive further inland and situated near the village of Jesus Pobre. This course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat, has many trees and water obstacles. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north, in Oliva, is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres and offers a shop, driving range, restaurant, and swimming pool.
How to get there
Moraira lies approximately midway between Alicante and Valencia airports. The journey from both is easy - almost all motorway - and takes approximately 75 minutes. The villa is situated within a 10 minutes' drive of the nearest motorway access point and less than 5 minutes' drive from Moraira village and its beaches.

Further details indoors: A short flight of six steps leads from the path up to the glazed terrace and main entrance. Double doors open from this terrace into the spacious living room, comfortably furnished with three sofas that provide more than adequate seating. The TV displays BBC, ITV and Sky free to air channels and a large ceiling fan provides refreshing ventilation, even on the hottest summer days. At the side of the main room is a separate sitting and reading area.
The kitchen has been totally refurbished and modernised this winter and is fully equipped to easily cater for up to eight guests. It is linked to the living room via an open arch and has an exterior door leading to the rear garden area. Appliances include a 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. An automatic washing machine is located in an adjoining small annex and storage area.
All three double bedrooms are furnished with twin single beds. There is also one single bedroom but this room is big enough to fit an extra child's bed if requested. All four bedrooms have fitted cupboards or wardrobes, mosquito nets and ceiling fans: the principal bedroom also has an air conditioning unit.
One full bathroom and one shower room complete the accommodation.
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool has integral tiled steps and measures 10 x 5 mts. The maximum depth is 2 mts and minimum 1 mt. The pool area is walled and gated so small children can easily be denied access unless under adult supervision.
A wooden pergola alongside the pool offers welcome shade during summer months. Those seeking the sun can choose to do so on a large selection of sun loungers and terrace furniture that are supplied for guests. A gas barbecue and stone table and benches are also provided.

The villa is professionally cared for by a local, English owned and run villa management company. They will be on hand throughout the duration of your stay to assist you with any query or problem that might arise.

The garden and pool are maintained throughout the year.
Conditions
