The property can be rented as a whole or there is the opportunity to rent ONLY the LOWER LEVEL. *PLEASE NOTE THIS LOWER LEVELS SLEEPS 8 *

If the property is rented as lower level only the upper level remains locked. You as the sole tenant then have the full exclusive use of all gardens, terraces, roof terrace and pool. The lower level consists of 4 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite)a large spacious separate kitchen and lounge dining room.

This really is a beautiful property, it is tastefully decorated and furnished. The overall theme is simple lines, modern and minimalistic. It has a bright airy and spacious feel.

The location is also great, walking distance to local shops restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is 1 km and Moraira village and beach is 2 kms along the coast road.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures.

The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Many people with arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.

The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing. The northern Costa Blanca is typically mountainous with cliffs and coves, a mixture of pebble beaches and fine sandy beaches.

Moraira is in a lush valley planted with vines. The Mountains behind the town are dramatic with orange groves and almond trees in the foothills. The coast is rocky but with sandy coves and lovely coastal footpaths.

Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe. There is now an impressive marina packed with yachts and a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy the tastes of visitors and residents alike.

Strict planning laws have prevented the building of high rise hotel and apartment blocks which has resulted in Moraira retaining the charm of its fishing village heritage and sets it apart from other Costa Blanca resorts.

This villa is located in the Moravit area of Moraira, the nearest supermarkets bars and restaurants are 800 mts walk away. The nearest beach is 1 km and the centre of Moraira town is 2km and can be reached directly along the beautiful coast road.


Recreation in the area is more than adequately catered for with luxury marinas, nightlife, golf, water sports, and restaurants. Good food is essential to the Costa Blanca North way of life. Every taste is catered for and this region had gained a reputation for exceptional cuisine.

The upper level is entered by means of a set of steps from the garden and then thru patio doors leading into the lounge. There is SKY TV and a DVD player, sofas and dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a range of appliances and cupboards. On this level there are 3 double bedrooms a family bathroom and 1 bathroom en suite.

The lower level is totally independent and is entered to the side of the property thru patio doors leading directly into the dining area. There is a lounge with SKY TV and a DVD player and sofas. There are large double doors leading into an exceptionally large fully fitted modern kitchen complete with all appliances. On this level are 4 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and 2 en suites.

Throughout the property there is central heating to radiators, there is some air conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans.

This is an extremely comfortable property and is available for holiday lets and longer term rentals as a whole or as a part.

The garden is mainly laid to gravel with shrubs and trees. The driveway is large enough to accommodate 4 cars and has an electric gate. The plot is mainly flat therefore making the property suitable for children and the elderly. There are several terrace and eating areas, plus there is a roof terrace with sea views.

The swimming pool is 10 X 5 pool with surrounding large pool terrace.

As described in the property description pages this villa can also be rented in part. Prices for the lower level only i.e. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeping a total of 8 people) with exclusive use of gardens, terraces, pool and roof terrace are as follows:

1st April to 30th June 1405 euros per week

1st September to end September 1485 euros per week

1st October to end March 2009 1485 euros per month plus utility bills

For long term rentals prices quoted are for a minimum of 3 months for shorter periods of time please contact us for individual quotes.

For holiday bookings please note the following terms and conditions:

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. For payments made by credit card a 3% surcharge is made. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, at which time the damage deposit of 400€ is also due. The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date less costs for any damage.
