About Javea: Touristic and Maritime town, it has a very lively nightlife and is lined with 25km of beaches, coves and cliffs. The old town has some interesting architecture, including the fortress church San Bartome, an example of the late Gothic period. You can visit the windmills at Montgo Natural Park (Les Planes) for must see view over the bay of Javea. The Arenal area is the commercial and recreational centre of the town. About Moraira: The port areal is the commercial centre in the summer, great atmosphere and fish restaurants. Some spectacular views are available at Moli de Castellons and Cova de les Cendres.
Moraira / Benitachell area
- 10 minutes drive to pretty Moraira beach and town - includes, lots of shops, deli's, bars and restaurants, ice cream parlours, kids fun fair, blue flag beach, harbour, scenic walk.
- 10 minute drive to buzzing Javea beach and town - includes, great bars, restaurants and boutiques, lively nightlife, blue flag beach, promenade for evening strolls.
- Benidorm is only 25 minutes drive - includes, Tere Mitica a children's theme park (great day out for all the family), Aqua park, bars restaurants, boutiques.
How to get there
Las Casa de las Coco is a comfortable hours drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. We have found that Ryanair, Easy Jet and British Midland offer the best deals on flying to the Costa Blanca area. Often, if you book a flight in advance of your trip you can expect to receive a substantial discount in relation to booking it nearer the time. All of the mentioned airlines offer a service of booking a car with the flight, which we suggest you do. This will save you some money and very importantly precious time once you have landed.

We require payment in full 2 months before date of arrival. Also, a 300 euro damage deposit per week is required, this will be returned to your bank account after a satisfactory inspection has been carried out. Allow 7 - 10 days for reimbursement.

We was delighted how beautifully you had decorated your villa, it was immaculate.The double bed and en suite was a dream. Your pool is very clean and your kitchen has a dishwasher, yippee! My grandsons made some nice friends by the pool and i watched them play for hours while i sat on the patio in the shade. As you suggested we went to Moraira beach and fair, both great for the kids. Enjoyed Easter stay at this comfortable, clean and spacious villa. We found the location was for exploring this stunning part of the Cost Blanca. The villa itself is part of a small and modern development with beautiful views of nearby Benitachell. We would definitely like to return after such a positive experience.
