This luxurious 5 bedroom villa is set in a quiet location near El Portet beach. The villa is located near many places of interest, including Javea/Denia, most of our guests are often happy to stay around the villa, enjoying the stunning views while lounging on the large patio and swimming in the private pool. The property is beautifully landscaped with a lovely garden area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Moraira is a large-ish village or small town on the coast a few minutes drive away. It is not a very commercialised and has no large Hotel blocks (the area has been protected for many years). the village has a pleasant atmosphere and a few banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, a medium sized beach. A Marina very tastefully takes boats and the local fishing fleet. Moraira also hold a big market on Fridays. The towns of Teulada, Benisa, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Javea and Denia are all within 30 minutes drive. Inland are pretty unspoilt villages in mountain ranges.

There are many places to visit nearby i.e. Javea/Denia and further afield there are places of interest like Quadalest in the mountains which has a lot of History and has magnificent views of nearby orange and lemon groves. In Moraira around the second week in June are the Moor and Christians fiestas and then in July they have there own fiesta which go on for a week with nightly entertainment of music and firework displays. There is also a huge theme park less that 1 hour drive away called Terra Mitica.

Further details indoors: The villa has a separate apartment underneath which will accommodate 4 people, it is self contained having 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom/kitchen/lounge and dining area, also having its own patio area with sun loungers. The villa above will accocmodate 6 people and has 3 bedroom/1 en-suit/1 shower room/kitchen/lounge/dining area/large patio area/own pool/BBQ.
Conditions
The villa only which accommodates 6 people we will let on its own except during the main school holiday when we will only take booking for the Villa and apartment. If the Villa is taken only we will not let the apartment to anyone else.
