Situated in the pretty village of Benitachell between the coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira, our lovely villa offers an oasis for busy couples wanting to get away from it all, or friends who just want to relax in a peaceful environment in the sun.
Catering for every requirement from long weekends to one or more weeks at a time, self catering or fully catered, leave you to "get on with it" or maid service, you choose how long you want to spend in this sunny spot and how you want to do it ! For those who like to be more active, there are numerous coastal walks, great cycling with lots of places to visit, horse riding, and Javea Golf club is also nearby. Our stunning pool is for the exclusive use of our guests, and you also have your own private sunny terrace with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for lounging or eating outside.

Designated by the World Health Organisation as one of the best places to live in the world due to its unique micro climate, this attractive peninsula stretches from the bustling city of Denia to the North, south through Javea to the pretty resort of Moraira. This beautiful area offers sea and beach on one side and mountains and countryside on the other, so if you are a "lay on the beach" or a "must be up and about doing something" kind of person, this is for you !
Moraira / Benitachell area
Calistros 94 is situated close to the pretty village of Benitachell, between the two thriving coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira, with smart shops and plenty of places to eat to suit all tastes. The beaches are fantastic and there are loads of places to walk if you want to be more active. If you fancy some nightlife, Benidorm is only a 45 minute drive to the south. For a Las Vegas style night out, then a visit to Benidorm Palace is a must ! - yes, we know ! - we thought so too, but we went and had a great night out. Spectacular flamenco and a real cabaret extravaganza !
How to get there
Conveniently situated midway between Alicante and Valencia getting to us is easy ! Flights from many destinations are frequent and inexpensive depending on the time of year and we are just a short flight from many UK and European destinations. Car hire companies operate from both airports and we can recommend Centauro car hire which can be booked on line or direct with the company. Rates are very competitive. Or, if you are booking one of our Chill-Out Weekends, we collect you from the airport anyway ! For longer stays we can also collect you and take you back to the airport if you prefer.

Further details indoors: Comprising two double bedrooms, a spacious shower room and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area, this modern stylish apartment is on the ground floor of the villa with double doors overlooking the garden. The apartment has its own terrace for sunbathing and al fresco eating and our stunning pool and sun deck are for guests to use freely. The apartment sleeps four comfortably, so ideal for a couple who want plenty of room and their own space, or for two couples holidaying together. It is exclusively for adults as our aim is for you to relax, unwind and fully enjoy the peace and tranquility of our home.
Further details outdoors: We have a large terraced garden with a barbecue and there is a secure parking area for one car, plus plenty of additional parking in the quiet road. We offer a laundry service, or there is a drying area outside for towels and small hand-washed items. Calistros 94 is ten minutes walk from the village of Benitachell and within easy reach of the supermarket, shops and many excellent restaurants. A car is a good idea if you want to go to the beach and generally explore this beautiful area !

OUR "CHILL-OUT WEEKENDS" ( May to September )
Long week ? Working too many hours? Exhausted ? Fed up with grey and rainy days ?
Fancy some sunshine with absolutely nothing to do or think about ? Want to lay by the pool and be waited on hand, foot and finger ? Read a book ? Go to the beach, play golf or just chill ?
With only two hours flying time from most major UK and European airports, Calistros 94 is within easy reach for everyone, so getting away from it all for a Chill Out Weekend is very quick and simple to do. You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia airports and the villa is only a 55 minute drive from either airport. Flights are very inexpensive depending on the time of year and when you book. Your Chill Out Weekend starts on Friday when you would be collected from the airport. On arrival, you settle in with a glass of bubbly and then get ready to hit your sun bed by the pool ! Or you can go to the beach, head off for a game of golf, go for a walk or do what ever you choose.
Your Chill Out Weekend includes : - Transport to and from either Valencia or Alicante airports - Three nights accommodation - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day, with a choice of menu* - One night out at a very special restaurant in Javea on the Saturday. Transport to and from the restaurant is also included. - Transport to and from the beach, golf course or towns of Javea or Moraira

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: We can collect you from the airport and take you back if required For self-catering guests a Welcome Pack is provided on arrival. As the owners of the house, we live on site and are on hand to answer any questions.
