About the home

Casa Juanita is surrounded in stunning views through out the entire day, whether its to eat your breakfast on the 30ft long patio or watching the sun go down with a glass of sangria.Its in a great location with a communal swimming pool and pool bar / restaurant just a stones throw away and within five minutes your at the supermarket.If you hop into the car it will take you just under five minutes to get to beautiful town centre of Moraira and Moraira beach, and the beautiful El portet.

The refurbished ground floor apartment is situated in a split level house, traditional yet modern and is ideal for holidays all year round. Wi-Fi available.

8 min drive to Javeas great golf course.
A wood burner has been fitted for those colder winter evenings.

The apartment comprises of a master bedroom with a kingsized bed, safe, a twin room with two 3ft beds, and a bedroom with a single bed. there is also a comfy guest bed , so the apartment can sleep 6 .All beds are brand new with modern decor, fans and oil filled radiators can also be found.
Gorgeous solid wood dining table with 6 leather chairs perfect for a quiet night in.
Well equipped kitchen, nice sized bathroom with basin, toilet, and a very large walk in shower .
A spacious and light living room area with open plan bar / seating area.
Sunloungers and chairs for use around the pool and on the beach.

Throughout the apartment you will find fans, oil filled radiators towels and blankets. At the front of the apartment is a 30ft long patio area which over looks views of the valley and mountains, with table and chairs with surrounding plants and small trees to give privacy.
As the apartment is all on one level, with no stairs, it would suit some one with restricted mobility, there is also a ramp leading down to the restaurant.

Anne and Ian great holiday, great place. We enjoyed our trek to the waterfalls, great days doing water sports at Los Nipodas. Buster the English man took us snorkling at El Portet. Jack and Jim did a 4 hour hill climb at Bennissa. Our No 1 restaurant is Alcasar, beautiful food. I love your house!

Another great holiday. Very hot this year so thank goodness for all the fans, we made good use of them. Tried some different beaches but El Portet is still our favourite. Food at Alcasar - Excellent! Will be sad to leave. Thanks Ian and Anne, Linzi, Rob and Laura
