It is ideal for a relaxing holiday break, with its own private pool and gardens, but with the hustle and bustle of Moraira and its market and beach close by.
It is also highly suitable for those wishing longer breaks away from the British climate in autumn and winter.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures.

The Moravit area of Moraira is 2 kms along the coast road it is in the main a residential area with its own local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
Recreation in the area is more than adequately catered for with luxury marinas, nightlife, golf, water sports, and restaurants. Good food is essential to the Costa Blanca North way of life. Every taste is catered for and this region had gained a reputation for exceptional cuisine. Northern Costa Blanca has a diversity that has captured the hearts of many. The hustle & bustle and drama of the coast sits in with the complete contrast of the tranquillity and tradition of the countryside just a few kilometres inland. This quality of life is incomparable in Europe.

Further details indoors: To enter Casa Elizabeth 6 wide steps lead onto a lovely terrace area, and then through the french doors into the light and spacious lounge area.
The lounge has a separate dining area and can comfortably seat 4 people plus a child. Off the lounge is a fully equipped American style kitchen complete with dishwasher, and a breakfast bar to ensure that no one is left alone in the kitchen! There are 2 air conditioning units in the lounge and dining area.
The property comprises of 3 bedrooms ( 2 are doubles the 3rd is utilised as a study but could accommodate a single childs bed), the 2 main rooms have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
Further details outdoors: The garden is very private with half open views of the surrounding countryside. The pool area and terraces are of a good size with space for sun loungers, patio table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There is access to a small roof terrace . In all the ambience of the property and garden area is calm and tranquil and will provide a relaxing holiday, but with local facilities close at hand.

Please note that this property is available on a long term rental basis. The cost per month is 1075 euros and excludes utility bills. Until end August 2008 it is also available for weekly lets. Please contact us for more information and payment details concerning a long term rental.
For holiday rentals a deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount.
The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, at which time the damage deposit of 400€ is also due.This will be refunded within 14 days of your holiday departure date less any costs.If paying by credit card a surcharge of 3% will be made.
Please note normal check in time is 4 p.m. and checkout 10 a.m. For arrivals outside of normal office hours a surcharge of 40 euros will apply.
Please note prices include IVA, but exclude cleaning and linen costs.
