The Palms is a 5 minute drive into Moraira town where there are shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard which includes terraces and courtyard. The private pool has a shallow end perfect for children and non swimmers and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and shower. Gardens with Gazebo and gas BBQ, perfect for 'al fresco dining.'The grounds are totally private and surrounded by a wall and hedges with lockable gates to ensure complete security and privacy. Secure parking for 3 cars within the grounds.

Origionally a fishing village Moraira is a lovely small town with a beautiful marina.In fact the resort is known as 'The jewel of the Costa Blanca'.The mild temperature during the winter months makes a perfect winter break, 'with wall to wall sunshine' during the summer periods. The 'Blue Flag' beaches are safe, especially for children.

For the young at heart and only 30 minutes drive there is Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar sea life park and a nearby safari park.The world famous Benidorm Palace is a thirty minute drive away and the show is a 'Must' to see.The town has many restaurants and bars to cater for all pockets and Ibiza can be visited by ferry from nearby Denia.
How to get there
Moraira is approximately 50 minutes from alicante airport and 1 hour from valencia excellant motorway and coastal roads from both. Easyjet offer excellant flights from bristol or monarch from birmingham. flight time approx 2 hours. Car hire and more information is available on request via e mail.

For winter stays there is full central heating. English T.V. with all your favourite channels including B.B.C and I.T.V. A video player, D.V.D. player and C.D. are provided as is a large selection of books.
Further details outdoors: Gas B.B.Q. and Gazebo are situated behind the pool and there are sun loungers, garden chairs and several seating areas. A private courtyard leading from the dining area provide welcome shade during the day and after six it captures the evening sun. Comfortable seating and dining table/chairs for evening dining will ensure a perfect end to the day.

On your arrival you will be met by the owner and you will be welcomed with chilled champagne poolside. A welcome pack is provided to include coffee,tea,milk,sugar,biscuits,juices,bread,butter etc. All linen, and towels are provided and the property is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
Conditions
A deposit of 40% is required upon booking and the balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required on arrival,to be returned within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
