Moraira town with its beautiful marina, shops, summer evening craft market, weekly market, restaurants, bars and beach are close by. The location is such that if you wish your car keys can be left at home!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures.
The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Many people with arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.
The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing. The northern Costa Blanca is typically mountainous with cliffs and coves, a mixture of pebble beaches and fine sandy beaches. North of Altea it is surprisingly very green and lush.
Moraira area
A small coastal town, Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each). However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and. unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore.
It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.
There are too many restaurants of interest and good quality to list here but we can mention that there are 8 Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area with three of them being star rated and not expensive either!

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, leading onto the lounge dining area. The property does not have Sat TV but there is a DVD and video player.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and looks towards the pool area. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and overlooks the front of the property.
There is 1 shower room which is modern and fitted to a high standard. Rooms have been fitted with ceiling fans to provide air circulation in the warm summer days.

For payments made by credit card a 3% surcharge is made. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, at which time the damage deposit of 250€ is also due.
