This modern and spacious apartment which was competed in 2007 has a fully fitted kitchen with washing facilities. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double with en-suite shower room. It has a further family bathroom and lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player.
Situated in a small spanish town it is within walking distance to the local shops, bars and restaurants, with views across the countryside. There is a communal pool with separate children's pool. It is approximately 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach in Moraira.
There is a good bus service and narrow gauge railway which gives access to Denia to the north and Calpe, Benidorm ( where you can find Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park ) and Alicante to the south

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Beautiful and pictureque part of Spain. Great for relaxing holidays with clean beaches nearby aswell as good walking areas in the countryside. The region is well known for wine making and there are many traditional spanish restaurants and bars in Teulada itself and Moraira.
Moraira / Teulada area
Aswell as the local beaches there are beautiful old towns to explore with their churches. There is a weekly market held on Wednesday mornings in Teulada within walking distance from the apartment. There are numeros fiestas over the summer months within Teulada and Moraira aswell as in Javea, Denia and Calpe. A major fiesta in Denai and Valencia is Las Fallas in April, where the locals build enormous floats which are burnt at the end of the fiesta.
How to get there
Approx 1 hour from both Alicante and Valencia airports.
Easily accessible from both airports via motorway (AP7). And then only 10 minutes by car from motorway.
