Home description

Casa Helana is an individually designed villa standing in its own grounds, Ideally suited to the more discerning guest or that very special honeymoon for everlasting memories, The master bedroom has fullt fitted wardrobes and built in draws, full length mirrors and a king size bed with a large en suite fitted with bath, separate shower, toilet and basin set into a modern cabinate, 2 twin bedrooms both with modern fitted wardrobes and draws and full length mirrors.
The house shower room boosts a large walk in shower which works on mains pressure, basin & toilet.
The lounge dining area is very spacious with a large glass patio door over looking the pool and main garden. For the colder months there is a modern fan assisted log burner to supplement the central heating system.
The kitchen is a very well equipped modern kitchen with rose wood units and black granite worktops.
Outside there is a covered terraced area to shade from the mid day sun and a large open terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The region attracts people from all walks of life from those wanting an energetic holiday to include sporting activities, site seeing, adventure parks, water parks, golf courses, walking and cycling. To those who just want to relax at the beach or simply lay by the pool and read a book.

What I find so nice about the area is that in 10 minute I can be away from it all in the hills and in 60 minutes I can be in Valencia with its incredible architecture and very different culture or simply close the gate and relax by the pool and let the whole world pass me by.


Moraira / El Portet area

Moraira is a small coastal town which has grown from a small fishing village, well laid out and interesting, retaining an air of charm as it has grown, situated in a coastal conservation area. Moraira offers many restaurants from a variety of cultures with no fewer than eight michellin recommended restaurants in the area with three being star rated.

Although Moraira is a small town there are plenty of interesting local shops which serve both the tourists and the local inhabitants through the year. Moraira boasts an impressive marina and small fishing port which still operates today with a daily fresh fish market.

The immediate coastline offers a breathtaking contrast of two beautiful, gently shelving sandy beaches to the ruggedness of sheer cliff faces with inlets cut into the rocks by the sea over the many years.
Both beaches of Moraira and El Portet have been awarded the prestigious EEC blue flag for cleanliness and safe family bathing.

The area has beautiful and unspoilt scenery with many nearby local villages and towns that have retained there original character to explore.

All over Spain there are always Fiestas and Moriara is no different, with the main fiestas being held during April, June, July, August & November

Fly to Alicanti or Velencia - Casa Helana is just a 50 minute coastal drive from Alicanti airport and 70 minutes from Valencia airport.
Cheap flights from most UK airports to Alicanti and Valencia throughout the year.

Swimming pool maintained all year round, we have found the pool is ok temperature wise from May to October
Local contact available to help with any problems, Although our experience is that most people who choose a private villa holiday tend to like to be left alone.
The villa is suitable for the elderly mobile.
There is strictly no smoking inside the villa but you may smoke outside. Families & couples only. Strictly no pets & only children over 5 years old.

Conditions

Refundable breakage/damage deposit of £200 required on separate cheque at time of paying full balance. To be refunded within two weeks of your departure. (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
25% of rental fee due to secure booking, balance and breakage/damage deposit to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to start date.

The villa is fab, light, bright, spacious, clean, comfortable & well equipped. Walked down to the beach every morning for a swim then back for breakfast then chilled out for the day. Very good restaurants but for me the best bit about the meal was the 20 minute stroll back along the coastine looking out to sea watching the fishing boat lights in the far distance.
