"Casa de Sueños" is an attractive and comfortably furnished 4 bedroom detached villa with fabulous 7m x 4m shaped pool, set in beautiful grounds with sea views in the cosmopolitan resort of Moraira. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area only a 5 minute drive to the centre of town, bars, shops, restaurants and fine sandy beaches. Within walking distance from the villa there is a supermarket, newsagents, bars and restaurants.

The accomodation has recently been modernised and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The double bedroom is upstairs with a shower room. Downstairs, is the Master Bedroom with en suite shower room, two twin rooms and the main bathroom with overhead shower. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine. The villa sleeps up to 8 people overall. If required a travel cot can be provided.

From the entrance to the villa is the lounge/dining and kitchen areas, providing dining for eight, TV, DVD,VIDEO player with a selection of films. Fully equiped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Free WI-FI is available for you to use during your stay.

Television channels include good range of international freeview channels.

Travel cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

Plug-in electric heaters available for those rare cool evenings.

Playstation 2 games console with selected games available.

Good selection of videos and books provided.

Outside, the villa is fully enclosed with plenty of off road parking for 3 cars and has a beautiful well kept garden. There is an upstairs sun terrace,part shaded,with panoramic sea views and a balcony overlooking the inviting 7m x 4m swimming pool. Below the sun terrace is a naya (covered terrace) eating area with BBQ and beer/wine fridge, sunbathing terraces and gravelled area suitable for potanc/boules. Alongside the naya is the swimming pool and outside terracing, with plenty of sun loungers to capture the suns rays all day.

Towels supplied are provided for bathroom use only.

Pool towels must be either brought with you or can be rented from us.

Strictly no smoking inside the property but ashtrays are provided for outside smoking.

Moraira

The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira has much unspoilt scenery, a warm subtropical climate and many sandy 'blue flag' status beaches. It has an impressive marina, charming square, architectural landscapes including Moraira castle, weekly open markets and an excellent selection of restaurants and bars.

Moraira is easily reached from Valencia and Alicante airports. Alicante airport is approx 1 hour drive and Valencia airport is approx 1 hour 30 mins

Moraira: Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will not be spoilt for a choice of bars or excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand.

The main sandy beach l'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including children's play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness. Moraira also has a very good market weekly with lots of bargains for avid shoppers as well as fresh fruit and vegetables

Calpe: Calpe is a coastal town and resort situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Alicante International Airport. Steeped in history and culture, the Old Town is especially interesting with museums, picturesque little streets and squares with many tapas bars and restaurants. Calpe is a friendly fishing village which sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the sierra Bernia in the middle of spain's Coata Blanca, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicante's Marina district.

It is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces in some areas and an ancient salt mine, which all give the town a peculiar flavour of its own. Calpe is overlooked by the towering Penon de Ifach which juts out into the sea and rises to over 1000 ft.

For those seeking a more cosmopolitan experience, VALENCIA is about 1 hour's drive to the north. This is Spain's third largest city and offers superb modern shopping facilities as well as a wonderful, traditional fresh meat, fruit and vegetable market. Drive about 45 minutes to the south and you'll find BENIDORM with its unrivalled nightlife. However, other attractions at Benidorm include Mundo Mar Marine and Exotic Animal Park. The Park is home to a wide range of creatures living in a simulated natural environment with one of the highlights of the day being the amazing dolphin show. Next to Mundo Mar is Aqualandia, which features a multitude of water entertainments. Finally, there's Terra Mitica. This spectacular theme park will transport you back to the Greek and Roman eras and has one of the biggest roller coasters in Europe.

"Summer Holiday Spain"

The villa was a good size and location good, needed to be cleaned better , bedding bit naff and when taken off found things in some beds .not to impressed with that, also pool lights didn't work … More
