Enjoy an evening in the fully glazed naya conservatory beautiful furniture and soft music leading out to the pool and terrace. On the lower level you'll find the master bedroom two benefiting from king size bed, en suite bathroom with double walk in shower.
Third and Fourth bedroom comprises double bed fitted wardrobes, and Jill bathroom with double walk in shower. Bedroom Five the family room benefits from double bed with en suite bathroom and and an adjoining twin room. You'll also enjoy the benefit of additional large lounge equipped with flat screen TV. Small outside gymnasium with multi gym, exercise bike and mats.
The indoor part of the house, in a stone two-storey building with a traditional tosca stairway, is complimented by indoor/outdoor areas including a fully equipped kitchen, sun loungers table tennis, professional pool table, French bowls and private tennis court. The piéce de résistance must be the pool itself, gently sloping from a water depth of just 10cm, to the swimming area plunging to a depth of over 2 metres. The pool benefits the stunning views laid out as you swim! Add to this a Jacuzzi bath set next to the pool, wonderfully stylish design and décor.

There's plenty to do here, being only 10 minutes from Moraira, Javea, Denia the options are endless. There's lots of bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and so much more. And if you don't want to hire a car or wait for taxis we can include a driver as and when you require.
Friendly restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. Local to the lovely beaches and towns of Javea, Moraira, calpe, Benissa with plenty of restaurants to suite all tastes. All towns offer lots of shops and boutiques and weekly markets. Easy access to many attractions from theme parks to water sports to long walks in the mountains. The list is endless.
Moraira / Benissa area
Moraira, El Portet and Javea beach are approximately 10 minutes away. Stunning beaches with lots to do. Plenty of water sports. There is also a dive centre in Moraira.
We also have a fully licensed 8 person speedboat available for water skiing and boat trips, more details available on request.
Golf The beautiful 9 hole Ifach Golf Course with poolside bar/restaurant is open to non members and is a 20 minute drive away. There is also a 9 hole golf course in Javea also with dining and pool facility and is a 10 minute drive away. Plus La Sella Denia which is around 25 minute drive.
Sol Park Tennis Club is just 10 minutes away with professional coaches for either yourself or your children. There is also Go-Karts for those who feel the need for speed only 5 minutes away.

Fly into either Alicante or Valencia Airport.
We are approximately 1 hour from Alicante and 1 hour 30 minutes from Valencia.

Further details outdoors: Outside dining is a must in the summer months, the terrace has a beautiful 14 seater stone table near to the outside kitchen. There are also other areas to relax and unwind.
Swimming pool 16m x 6m, depth from 20 cm-225cm (beach slope) and Jacuzzi. Children's play area, French bowls, professional pool table, table tennis private tennis court with tennis coach if required.

The house is available all year round for from £1900 - £3500 per week. This is negotiable for low season rentals and long term lets.
The house is truly beautiful and is surrounded with lots of unique features.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and includes linen change once a week. Changeover day is Saturday but all requests will be considered.
The pool and gardens are maintained twice a week in summer months and once a week in winter months.
For Christmas bookings you can be rest assured it really will feel like Christmas.
25% deposit is required to secure your booking and a £500 refundable security deposit which is returned after your departure.
